New job

ad

So I got a new job working Construction and I pretty much dig and pick heavy shut up all day long. Some things I get a good pump out of and I try to just make everything some sort of work out. I am unable to eat whenever I would like so here is the question. Should I take protien between my breakfast to lunch and from lunch to my dinner. Just feel like I'm starting to fatigue and I don't want to lose muscle or anything. Any opinions?
Btw I'm not in a cycle at the moment.

RAP protein gummies, stick a couple of packs in your pocket. They aren't cheap though, about $2- $2.50 a pack for 20g of protein if you buy em in bulk.

I did drywall for a few years...shoved popsicle sticks in chicken breasts...threw them in my insulated lunch bag...was quick and easy to eat and didn't have to touch the chicken with my grubby hands...called them chicken pops. It caught on on a few jobsites lol
