My interaction with an alien.

The other day I had seen a glimmering red light outside my window.
I was quite tired and vision was blurred, although I had seen something seep through the little niches of my screening. After a short conversation with the "alien" he had given me a vial of greenish fluid.
I am contemplating injecting this vial of green fluid, could it be the answer to all my questions in life and bodybuilding?
