Liver Enzymes High
So I'm only 24 years old, 6'4'' and 230 lbs. My liver levels are pretty damn high since I got my blood work. ALT is 119 and AST is 124. I've only been on CENSORED test cyp 250 mg a week for 3 weeks and this is my first cycle ever. I have been "binge" drinking by normal standards since I've been off of work transitioning back to school. I'll have maybe a pint of liquor in a week to two pints a week at most. I occasionally take ephedrine and caffeine, but that's about it as far as supps go. So, I'm not looking for someone to be my daddy and tell me what I am doing wrong, I'm just looking for people who have gone through similar situations. For now I cut off the gear and booze and ephedrine for a couple weeks and will be getting blood work again. My liver levels might be high from drinking too close to the test. Any similar experiences would be great to hear about. Thanks.

First, you mentioned a source in the post. That's against the rules. Read em please! And look into essential forte-n. It's a French Pharma drug for ppl with Hep-C. I took it during a tren/test/Halo run and had totally normal enzyme levels.
BigBmajTraining hard will give high ALT and ASH no one ever seems to mention this, but I promise it's true.
Heavy duty muscle tissue damage will give pretty damn high liver values. Look it up.
Cut the booze too.
newbie123Probably the most concise and correct answer. This is true. My doc told me this also. Thank you.
How much and how often do you drink alcohol?
newbie123See original post. Thanks.
I see sorry i missed the details. I don't know how hard you train so I can't say if that is what raised your levels. But for me I would look at the alcohol first because, I like going with the most guaranteed thing that will for sure affect my liver. Training could have done this as well depending really on how hard you train, but the alcohol is a for sure thing to fuck with the liver!
newbie123Thanks all for the help and again I am an open minded person and open to advice MOST of the time, but I don't need a daddy to tell me what I should and shouldn't put in my body. This should be risk prevention and not a place to point fingers. With that being said, again I appreciate the advice so far. My doc said to not take anything for my liver like liv 52 as it could "cloud" the results and make things more confusing.
newbie123Oh and to answer the question about tylenol... No I rareeeelllyyy ever take anything with acetaminophen.
Look into taking tudca/nac/milk thistle/liv 52. All those or even any 1 of those will help your levels.
Do you take a lot of Tylenol etc over the counter oral medications brother? Also knowing your family history will help here given your age.
For one I would stop consuming alcohol all together. I will be blunt here at your age taking steroids and binge drinking is just plain stupid, no matter what shape your liver is in. But in your case now it is extra stupid and dangerous. But good for you for being truthful about it.Here are a couple of suggestions for liver support.
Liv52
Milk Thistle
Drinking at least a gallon of water a day
Also with this topic it should be posted in the General section because it could be steroid related. It would get faster attention that way as well.
