Off Test Cyp and Have Question
Okay SO, I was on 300mg of Test Cyp E.W. for 3 weeks straight. After the 3rd injection I had a scare with my liver enzymes being very high. I had to cut off the steroids and booze for 2 weeks to see if everything was okay. My liver levels are now perfect after stopping all vices for 2 weeks straight. I am almost positive it has to do with the alcohol even though doc says get off the gear. Now my question is this... my understanding is that test cyp takes roughly 3 weeks-ish to really "kick in" and start working. I honestly felt horny, somewhat "god like", adrenaline pumped up, some acne, ball shrinkage a little during that time around the 3 week mark. Now after a couple weeks that feeling is mostly dissipated (could all be placebo). I stopped cold turkey for those 2 weeks up until my second round of blood drawing. I am wondering how long it will take for the "effects" of the test cyp to actually start working again so I can begin to notice some gains. Does anyone think it will take another 3 weeks or so or should I be good to go getting all the sides and start making gains pretty soon? I know no one can have a definitive answer, but I do not know the science behind it. You can call this question stupid or whatever, but I am new to gear so advice would be nice from people who have been around the block a few times. Thanks!

You have any prior cycle history and stats? What about blood work for other things like test, CBC, CMP?
Just curious...how high were your liver levels and how much drinking?
I think it will take about 2-3 weeks to get the effects again. If you want quick, hit some test prop the first couple of weeks, 100 mg eod or Ed.
newbie123Yeah I'm definitely no longer drinking. Thanks...... wait what? lol. No, I appreciate the pct advice but I barely scratched the surface with my cycle. Like I said the total duration of my cycle was three weeks and average with test is 10 to 15 weeks max. I just started up again at 300 mg a few days ago. I will continue to do so as I see there is no reason to pct at all/quit the cycle. Maybe you misunderstood my concerns/question? All I am trying to figure out is if I will get back on the horse quickly as far as gains/other wanted side effects since I took the two weeks off. Thanks for the response though.
What I would do is... Obviously stop drinking!! ASAP. Injectable steroids do not get processed by the liver as harshly as oral steroids do.. No where near! Drinking is worse than ANY oral steroid!
As for your cycle, I would take clomid and nolvadex for pct for 4 weeks at doses of: Clomid per week of 100mg's/100mg's/50mg's/50mg's, as well as Nolvadex at doses of 40mg's/40mg's/20mg's/20mg's per week. After that, Wait 7 weeks to start your cycle over..
Time on + PCT = Time off.. It would be useless to start injecting cyp again.... Since you drink.. You could think of it as... Taking a shot of vodka at 7 pm, and then another shot at 11 pm expecting to get drunk as hell!.... It won't happen...
