The karma system is arbitrary. Just try to be helpful and honest and some of the more seasoned guys here will probably hit you up but then again I have primarily posted reviews and find posiitive and negative karma is hit or miss. Not like there are any controls to keep someone from giving you negative karma just because they feel like it...or simply don't agree with a review or post you make.

If you really are 40, post a self pic. No need for face, it'll be obvious without it. I think you should prove your not 18.

If your only 18 you shouldn’t be using anabolics. I went from 165 lbs to 196 lbs between the ages of 18 and 19, just by continued weight trading and playing less basketball and tennis. It was good weight. It will never get better for you than right now through the next couple years. Hold off on using things we discuss here.
Train right, eat right, sleep and you will grow well unless there’s something wrong with you.

Basically the more active you are the more Karma you will accumulate.

I think you need 6 or 7 karma to vote. It's done like this so people can't just join and vote.

You gain or loose karma by posting in the forums, writing reviews, posting self pics or lab tests. Just try to be a helpful part of the community.
