If you don't know who he is - you should. One of the most inspirational & philosophical bodybuilders in the game... This is the single most interesting documentary I've ever seen on a bodybuilder. A few years old but still great. Too bad it doesn't show us the chemical involvement that goes into making an olympia level athlete as well, THAT would be interesting

thanks I watched it. The cool part is how he wears a hoodie the whole documentary. Then at the end he takes it off and its like holy shit your a monster!! It was great motivation for my shoulder workout today

I agree. Smoking crack and doing h and taking care of children is fucking stupid. But if an officer takes testosterone to better himself and his skills at his job running and submissing people than power to him you can always obtain testosterone legally with a script. I agree with him on the dope part of it but I don't agree that if someone is using test to better there life and reach there goals doesn't make them in capable of serving our country. Steroids were legal until early nineties only way steroids are unexceptable is if they are used to cheat in sports hence one of the main reasons they were illegalised.

futurebeastKai greene is one cool ass dude in person once you get him out of his strange element and back to earth. I got a lot of knowledge and wisdom as far as gear and training from him and evan. It took a little prodding to get to the good stuff i'll be honest.
