Just wanted to share ,
Tread losing his buddy got me thinking.
I lost my best friend , workout buddy and gear brother a cpl years ago. He was a little younger than me but mature and a great head on his shoulders. The kid would be doing shows by now if he was still alive. I will not blame steroids but I will say this , He and I knew and practiced ZERO PCT after our cycles years ago. He always fell into a pretty bad depression post cycle and I was always worried. He liked to drink and when he was depressed he drank alot ... so after a cycle he usually ended up going on a cpl week bender. I honestly feel that if he had known about proper PCT he could have saved his mind and body some stress and I feel responsible everyday for not doing better research and helping him more...
Steroids are awesome but PCT should never be an after thought..
ok thats all sorry so long..
