just got elbow surgery

anyone here got elbow surgery? whats the recovery like? i got an operation for cubital tunnel. what did u guys do in the meanwhile?

i had a broken collar bone before. it gave me time to think about how i am going to attack my goals when i got back in the weight room. i came back very focused and had a good recovery.
I didn't get surgery but had two cracks on radial head and mushroomed edge. Bored as hell while i recovered. Worked on here lots helping others with cycles.
