Just a question to see where you stand!!!
My next door neighbor is very rich and owns multiple gyms. I talk to him all the time and he brags in detail about the women he phucks. I know his girl and see her all the time. She cuts the grass and the line that was drawn for me was when he was on his phone, and was perfectly ok with her emptying a hummer load of groceries into the house while he watched and looked at his phone without ever helping at all. Later told to me as a girl who recently sucked his dick and said to be just a hoe and not the garden tool. Where do we draw the line as men? The man who lives two doors down is stacked and has an eight pack and after his second child his girl has gained 50 lbs and he still adores her. It kills my brain as my next door neighbor is a dog but two doors down I would and do defend that family with my life. Where do you draw the line?

BigBmajThere is always more to the picture than what we see. For that reason I stopped jumping into other people's situations long ago. Although I still catch myself doing it here once in awhile.
It's nice to offer help carrying groceries, but nothing says a woman must be helped.
She is not a hostage, looking at her like she is weak or helpless is not helping any.
Even on the statement below about a woman being "rescued when ready". This isn't really a healthy way to look at things in my opinion.

i learned a long time ago, a woman can only be rescued when she is ready to leave. i will not get involved unless the drama falls at my feet. more often than not, you make the woman gravitate more toward the abuser. twice in my life i have intervened and than been attacked by the woman i was trying to help. my next door neighbor regularly beats on his wife. ive talked to her about it and him, my words were "your business is yours, shes going to stay no matter what i say, but if it happens where my kids can see it or hear it, we got a problem you wont like!" they both get drunk and get into it all the time. so my motto is, "stay out of other people relationships because i cant change it, only they can."
When you listen passively to stories like his you essentially are condoning them and, supporting his bid to be the alpha male. I would tell him outright that I don't approve of that behavior and choose not to listen to it.
I would also take the opportunity to assert myself as alpha by inviting him to help his wife unload the car, "Hey dude, let's help your wife get those groceries out of the car". Then, help the wife even if he does not follow.
No behind the back chit-chat with the wife, no bad mouthing or undermining the husband, no flirtatious innuendo.
what you do next time mate is walk over and help her with the groceries, you state to her that a nice girl like her shouldn't be lifting this shit alone, casually put it up in the air to her that she is being disrespected, and if she ever needs somebody to talk to she knows where you are anytime!!! make him look like a douche as he obviously is, and who knows one day you may get a gentle knock on the door in the early hours for that """chat"""hahahahahahahahaha

Call me what ever you want but I just drove off. the next day my girlfriend wanted to go back over there. they were calling each other honey and sweetums and everything else you could think of.
There was this bug eyed guy that everyone called "FROG". he was beating up his wife in the parking lot of a club. A good Samaritan came along and broke it up, while he was fighting "frog" the woman got on the good Samaritan's back creating enough problem that the good Samaritan got his skull fractured.
If the guy kills the woman then you feel bad for not stopping it.
lol! a few months ago I was having a barbie out the back! we heard yelling, swearing and screaming!! I looked over the fence and there were 3 lads and a chick probably late teens early 20s, one guy was laying into the chick while his mates watched, I went skitso and ran out there with a bat, the dudes ran off and the chick started abusing me saying leave them I love him blah blah blah!!! I said a few choice words a cruised. now when I think of it, I was ready to brutally hurt those dudes and possibly do jail time to protect her!! its a tough situation! I will never let a woman be assaulted in front of me but sometimes its like wtf bother?? how they can love a guy who bashes them?? who knows when I went out there to lay the smack down I could have been murdered?? why? all because some junkies

All of us my friend have our own standards for right and wrong, moral and immoral. Personally I teach my daughters to not be weak and taken in by the bullshit of a weak willed man. I don't believe all women are victims as some seem to like being treated badly for some other type of exchange.
I know I can't change the world and I refuse to try, it would make me leave the post that I am entrusted with which is to look out for my own family and to make sure that they have every advantage over anyone planning to hurt or harm them in any way.
When someone wanted to date one of my daughters as they are now married, I use to have the young man come and meet with me. We would have a family dinner, I would ask them young man in the middle of dinner "Do you have sex with other women?" Of course the answer after it shocked the young men was always no. I then would ask do you currently since wanting to date my daughter look at other women bodies and check them out. Of course they though this was an easy question compared to the first one and they would answer "No". I would then say you are a liar and can't be trusted now you should leave my table, because I wouldn't want you to accidentally choke on your food.
You see I always taught my daughters to look for a man who would be honest not perfect, But if a man can't be honest than he will drag you into the gutter for he is a coward. So I say protect first what is yours and any who sincerely ask for your help, but other than that the only thing to do with your neighbor is to disassociate with him. Or ask him if he as the balls to tell his girlfriend what he told you and if not tell him to get his weak willed ass out of your sight before you let her know:)

When you're a young guy you wanna bang as many girls as possible for not only physical reasons but mental.. In a sense it's proving to yourself your an "attractive young alpha male".. At least it was that way for me and I quickly grew out of it.. I felt like a shitty person using women like that.. When I meet men my age still pulling that shit, cheating on their gf or spouse I can't help but look down on them.. I'm no saint but bragging about being a dirt bag says a lot.. Clearly there is something they are insecure about or why would they feel the need to try to fuck every single woman they lay eyes on and tell every one about it.. A strong libido as an excuse is complete bullshit, that is just a way of rationalizing your actions and implying it's mother natures fault.. Nope just a sad sack of shit who's prlly gonna give his wife some nasty stds and scar their children for life.. Same goes for women.. most sluts you meet have low self esteem and use sex as a way to prove to themselves they're attractive..
I draw the line at "Would this piss me off if my lady did this" If the answer is yes then there is your line.. Now if I'm single it's a different story
