Insulin spike anyone?

How many time have you been caught eating some trash and attributed it to a required insulin spike after a workout lol

I looked at this post in hopes of hearing from some who use insulin. I know it can be dangerous so hopefully we'll see some precautions on using it. I hit the vitargo after a workout and I'm pretty happy with it.
