Have Hip Impingement with a torn Labrum. So headed into surgery sometime in the future. They will be shaving down hip and fixing the tear. Looking at a few months recovery. Has anyone else dealt with this? And how did you adjust workouts? I am typically pretty good at following Dr.'s protocol. Any input is appreciated.
