So a few years ago I pinned my quad, and the PIP was awful. Felt like I did a week straight of leg days. I could barely walk. I can't remember exactly what I used...either test 400 or Prop.
Anyways...I want to prepare for a future cycle where I will need to pin eod. And I will need the extra areas to pin. As I am a bit older, hopefully smarter, and i am on trt, 200 cyp week... if I use a 25g 1"...I am thinking the pip won't be as bad. Get my quads ready for other stuff. What is everyone's thoughts?

Every fool should experience 2ml of Test 400 to their quad.

So I quit being a pussy and I just did it. Pinned quad last night. So far so good. A little tender, but as expected. Nothibg like last time. Thanks @Rustyhooker used your advice...followed what you said (except for early in the am) and all good!

I'm a quad guy, sometimes it's a dumpster fire(nerves), but usually its gtg! The glutes can literally take anything. Lol

The length of the pin depends on how meaty the area you pin is.

Be sure nothing solid is in front of the foot, mine kicked out into a dresser first time I hit a nerve, toe ended up worse than the quad! Honestly, put distance in there!

You are correct...the 400 was not solo, would have been with EQ 300. 1/2 mil each. I left that part out, my apologies.
I am not shy about sticking myself, glutes and delts all day. It was just that first time I did quads...it sucked. LMAO.
