So a few years ago I pinned my quad, and the PIP was awful. Felt like I did a week straight of leg days. I could barely walk. I can't remember exactly what I used...either test 400 or Prop.
Anyways...I want to prepare for a future cycle where I will need to pin eod. And I will need the extra areas to pin. As I am a bit older, hopefully smarter, and i am on trt, 200 cyp week... if I use a 25g 1"...I am thinking the pip won't be as bad. Get my quads ready for other stuff. What is everyone's thoughts?

Every fool should experience 2ml of Test 400 to their quad.

So I quit being a pussy and I just did it. Pinned quad last night. So far so good. A little tender, but as expected. Nothibg like last time. Thanks @Rustyhooker used your advice...followed what you said (except for early in the am) and all good!
I'm a quad guy, sometimes it's a dumpster fire(nerves), but usually its gtg! The glutes can literally take anything. Lol
The length of the pin depends on how meaty the area you pin is.

I warm my gear, 25x1, and seated if you imagine the mid thigh as a clock....12noon is intermedius--great spot. And outer quad at 1:00 is a good one for me. Spotinject.com suggests closet to hams. Huge mistake! The amount of nerves was quite the pimp walk
Now i also pin 1.25 max even though you could go bigger. I dont want 2cc in a bolus awaiting to become sterile abscess. So intermedius... i can go dead center and 2in above and 2 below the origional spot for less scar tissue and added pin points if needed. Same with the spot directed for outer quad.
I pin early morning so all day theres added bloodflow as i walk, workout and move. DO NOT MASSAGE AREA!! Use heat pad if needed. Imaging pinning a steak....then massage that solid bolus of oil areound. As the bolus moves, it rips thru muscle right? More pain...more scar tissue.
Blending gear....taking two or 3 oils? Find a blending method that works so you can do ed, eod or biweekly pins in 10points and fill your mg quota. Blending and hiw many pins a week depends on your cc amount youre comfortable with, ester length and overall mg per week giving its long esters. prop has 48hr half life not a weekly value

Be sure nothing solid is in front of the foot, mine kicked out into a dresser first time I hit a nerve, toe ended up worse than the quad! Honestly, put distance in there!

AnonMy thoughts are you used 400mg/ml lol that’s not for solo use my man! Also quads suck.. use glutes and ventro glutes. Going from being gun shy to a cycle that requires eod pins is pretty crazy imo.

You are correct...the 400 was not solo, would have been with EQ 300. 1/2 mil each. I left that part out, my apologies.
I am not shy about sticking myself, glutes and delts all day. It was just that first time I did quads...it sucked. LMAO.

Before I had to take a break the past few weeks I attempted adding 2-4 pins per day of 100mg TNE. I lasted maybe 4 weeks? I dropped down to am, pre workout and PM before dinner, then dropped it to pre workout only..I do love that TNE!!! I have some suspension but it won’t regularly pass through a 25 which got so irritating I said fuck it. Felt great the few times I got it in but the TNE was extremely easy to pin obviously, plus the difference I noticed was small..suspension being slightly superior.
