So I'm at the gym today and I'm doing weghted dips and a kid comes up to me and tells me that I'm not supposed to do those because it's bad for my arms to have so much stress and to trust him because his high school basketball coach told him so 
I laughed and said ok (I've done a term in the marines and lifted since I was 17) I don't get mad easy so I brushed him off..as I'm leaving I walk by him and I overhear him telling his friend "I would never do steroids, they have to inject it in your butthole) lmao I laughed all the way home
