Eat like a bodybuilder
ad
I stumbled across this video today and thought it was actually pretty good. It also reminded me that very soon I need to lock my diet back in.

Thank you for this.
GearofWarwtf are you guys talking about? In another video Rich talks about growing to "mutant sized" proportions by eating shit-tons of Chef Boyardee, boiled eggs, and oatmeal..It's not expensive to eat like a BB'er if you watch ALL of Rich's videos..SMH
I don't know about Piana and his "exposes" but he's certainly contradictory at times.
Rich is not my favorite guy around (another topic), but this video is spot on.
AnonYou got a drumstick in your beard...eat eat eat
Good video. I've always been a solid food advocate. Shakes aren't food, hence the term "supplement".
And here I thought muscle tissue just appears out of thin air. The fact that the concept of eating to grow has to be repeated over and over is asinine .
Most of these fuckers cannot afford the amount of food it takes. I'm spending $250 a week on a cut! Food prices just keep rising.
I actually find my cutting diet to be more expensive than my bulk diet. All cuts of meats, turkey, burger, etc have to be lean which can quadruple the price. Compare 80%lean burger to 93%lean. Its about 4x the price. Regardless though, like you said, food is an underestimated cost. People skimping along complaining about the $200 it cost them to buy their cycle. lol
Carbs are cheap. In the offseason I can hit some buffets for under $20. And like you said durring cutting we eat leaner meats and produce which has also skyrocketed in price. Alot cheaper whiping out a half gallon of milk and a dozen eggs.
I hardly eat fish in the offseason due to the expense but it's a must for me sub 10%
RustyhookerThat....was awesome! ! Every time someone posts that their diet is on point and they're skinny....I'm posting that video.
I thought it was too, i just didn't want to oversell it lol. That video really drives home the truth. It reminded me how off the tracks I am in the summer lol
RustyhookerHe just simply stated it in the same way that typing in caps can't. His quote "don't waste my fucking time". That's the difference between phishing forums and gathering knowledge. It got me jazzed up...enjoyed a like minded view.
Yes, I truly needed to hear it. I am still doing well but I know my diet has not been on point. Unfortunately I will be a little off course for the remainder of the summer. Up here in the north we only have a few good months and I will be enjoying it and a few adult beverages to boot.
RustyhookerIf you can't enjoy life then what's the point?
sips tequila
Hellz yea! Matter of fact my favorite summer drink is simply Hornitos (white tequila) Clamato and ice. Super simple and tastes great. Obviously you need to be aware that you are drinking tequila tho,lol
why? does it make your clothes fall off?
RustyhookerI streak down the street if tequila is proper tasty ;)
Another reason I'm glad I live on a different continent......
RustyhookerHahaha! !
lmao
That is a well known side effect of tequila.
I like how you dodged that question ;-)
Okay, I have personally never stripped down on tequila (at least not until I am home. I could tell a story about my wife one time down in Punta Cana that went a little crazy, lol
You obviously have a death wish ;-)
I love rich piana. He always makes me want to eat. I just feel like there is more to it than shoving food down your throat. A huge surplus in calories leads to unwanted fat. Still a cool video.
"Eat Big Get Big" is another good one, I'm going to eat like that in my bulker in a few weeks! May stay clear of the Ben n Jerrys ice cream every night though! Lol good post, puts in perspective how much you really have to eat to grow
