Do you really love working out?
ad
I worked 12 hours yesterday and so It was an off day at the gym for me. I got home late and had trouble sleeping because I looked at the clock every hour on the hour because I couldn't wait to get up and hit the gym. I truly love this shit and look forward to my workout every time. Just wanted to see how everyone feels and if some of you still feel like its a chore, but do it because you want to be healthy and look good....

SeaHawkIt took me about 24 years to truly understand myself- including destructive tendencies. What I realized is that I have an extra battery of energy in each day. For a long time I used that battery to stay out late drinking, sport biking recklessly, engaging in felonies, getting in fights, and being a general ass. When I started really using the gym- It took that battery and used it positively and left no energy or need for the other activities. I haven't had or wanted a drink, night out, recklessness in a year and half since I started this process of bodybuilding. Pretty extraordinary- I believe it saved my life.
i've taken my tired, sick, grieving, heartbroken, cryin, ass to the gym....because i love it....i make no excuses ...its the best therapy in the world ...
I do love working out it's having to work that I hate
I might have to move that to quotes
started at 16..... still at now..................................................... 37yrs later. . . . NUFF SAID!

BEAST!
a chore ? hardly.
I use it for anger-management. I sleep better, feel better, ( f-k better).
The best is sitting in the Jacuzzi after I get done and soaking for -1-2 hours.
Couldnt imagine not having the gym as part of my daily routine..its like brushing ur teeth and washing ur face. Just one of those things i need! When i had to take 2 weeks off after last comp..i went in friking sane and only lasted...a few days..i then got on the tread and snuck in a few exercises...the second week i said fuk this vaca shit...time to get bak at it and get ready for nationals..i was goin stir crazy not seeing the inside of the gym. It def is a necessity in my life and am soooooo glad to have someone who is as passionate about it as i am!
tread-mPhuk them stairs, I told you the Tread-M is the best workout in the gym ; )
AAANNND at home too!!
And in the rain or in the dark. And on a train or in a park...over here over there hell the Tread-M is good anywhere!!
Mmm hmmmmmm moooo betta!!
Working out I think is the best hobbie a person could have. In my case it is a passion. As many others. There isnt one single thing I dont like bout it,except my days off. Its my life style. All day I go through my workouts n my mind before I even get there,to the exact T. There's not anything more rewarding then walking out of the gym after u crushed the weights !
breakingfaceThe only guys that last are the ones that are passionate.
^^Tru dat
Working out is what holds me together. Its my release for frustration, anger, energy and pretty much anything else. Working out is a constant. The weights never talk back, never give me attitude, they are always there when I need them, and always willig to take a beating...... I f'in love workin out, i NEED to work out.
bbondsLove working out its my escape from everything, look forward to it everyday, for
those who think its a chore just imagine your life with out the iron i sure the hell
Couldnt thats for sure.
i love TRAINING!!!!
tread-mIts pure passion and I feel sorry for those that dread it, I'd stay all day if I could I think.
x2
I love it and I think I always will. Keeps me sane by helping me take out work stress on something other than staff!
I love to workout I mean I won't lie it's way more intense when I'm on cycle but I get bored on my off days. I fill them in with rock climbing or something like that
waltrmost of the time, but every now and then there's a day when i just don't wanna do it =/
I feel like I have done something wrong if I do not go to the gym everyday! I have to force myself to take a day off to rest my body... It is an addiction but I can think of worse addictions to have
well let me put it to you this way. i was out of town a couple weeks ago . stayed there for a week but had to miss 3 days of workingout due to me finishing my job late. i almost killed a few people because of me not going to the gym. so to me, i think its more mental.
