i like the "tuna creations" pouches...they come seasoned already so they taste pretty good right out of the bag!
Yes they are, I get the Military pouches by the case, because the quality is just as good and it just taste better.
Oh and the cost per ounce is “more better” :-)
RustyhookerI get tuna in water....drain water....add hot sauce and mix. Spicy tuna is tasty for me. You can even dip the low sodium wheathins like its a chip for some carbs. Its so quick too. I was hitting a can easily during 15 min work break. 26g of protein plus fish oils etc.
Yes it is definitely great spicy, I love to put some creole seasoning on it some grated Parmesan cheese with sliced green olives and some Dukes mayonnaise.
Great in a sandwich or on a cracker of your liking.
When I run out of ideas I always take my cue from Bubba - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09KL2HUXE6Q
hahahahaha.
Can’t go wrong with shrimp, or as we say it Skrimps
When I pick up some fresh tuna I like to give it a swift pounding, rub some ice on it and eat it raw.
If you are talking tuna in the can I cant help you there. Sounds painful tho. No Homo! :-)
When I pick up some fresh tuna I like to eat it raw then give it a swift pounding... no homo
Hahaha yep sometimes the most simple recipe is the best.
Yeah it definitely tastes better your way! lmao
Some guys walk right up and stick it in. Some stick it in and walk up. Lol.
Get a real thick tuna steak from a proper fishmonger. Needs to be thick af. Marinade in teriyaki sauce. I stick it in a bag and seal, fridge overnight. Cook how you like but bbq ia amazing.
Yep that is on my list sounds good.....
Tuna omelette... ( thanx kibby), 4eggs ad a can of tuna, low fat cheddar cheese, mushrooms.....I like it served over rice with salsa...easy way to get that protein in!
Dang that sounds good!
Open and drain can. Add splash of redwine vinegar, drop olive oil, pinch of garlic powder & black pepper. Pound that down right of the can. It literally takes 2 mins to prepare and less time than that to consume.
Maybe have her just wash it before you eat it. Stay away from the ones that smell like cologne. Their hiding something.
Heck yeah...maybe for breakfast out on the yard just in case... hahahahah
If it smells to good never trust it.
I remember something about a "Tuna & can of coke" shake....
Yep I think I read it on Viking Tribute’s thread.
Hahahaha
For pre and post workout. I'll have to look for the timing on that. Going to try it. I've been looking for an excuse to drink a soda
Ditch the tuna... eat chicken
I cycle my tuna to.
I am a carnivore
Hahaha
I just have a 40 lb case to dispose of creatively.
I don’t do anything half way....
I’m sure we can all agree on that.
Thats a lot of tuna. Holy shit! Lol!!
I buy fresh chicken breast & spice it different ways & love it.... chicken & rice
Same here. I cook as much as I can jam in the slow cooker, then shred it with a fork then each day I can take a scoop or weigh it if I want and mix it with whatever. Lately black beans, basmati rice and salsa.
I eat lots of birds. I try to bag a few dozen ducks a year and I get tired of them too. Some aren’t fit to eat.
It is an excellent way to get some cardio walking around the lake and in the woods. The recumbent bike gets old fast.
While I advocate hunting and harvesting your own food. I personally enjoy duck however it is certainly one of least healthiest birds/game meats you can consume
Man I love to hunt!!!
I think I’m the only man in our state that doesn’t hunt.
Nah I know a few, but they fish! Lol
Give it a whirl bro..
I hide my gear in a cammo bag.
A good doomsday skill.
“A gun without bullets is just a heavy stick”
Hahahha
"Speak softly and carry a heavy stick"
Teddy Roosevelt
I thought John Holmes said that. No homo
No disclaimer needed.
Unless both your hands are on my shoulders..
Hahahha
heck yeah!!! nothing but protein hitting the ground!!!!
Yes sir! :))
Nothing like busting a cap in a unsuspecting herbivore
Me too bro, it is nice to get away from the rat race once in a while.
Splash a little balsamic in the can and go to town, takes away the fishy taste
that's why I keep a small bottle of balsamic next to the bed
Ha! Ya filthy animals. Gotta love it.
That’s what she said lol
Hahaha mmmm tuna :-)
Yep I love balsamic vinegar. When I have it every day my cholesterol drops 40 points according to my labs. Apple Cider vinegar tastes like gasoline....
I order the 3 liter bucket from amazon for my flavorless veggies and stuff.
Hahhah
AnonThe best way I have figured out how to prepare tuna is take your filet and either steam it or grill it, place it on a nice dish and garnish it with lemon, pepper and bay leaves, take a picture of it to put on your snap chat with a saying like "everyday is an obstacle", "eat like a champion" "food is fuel not therapy", "your diet is a bank account, good food is good investment" then promptly throw that shit in the trash and make a pizza.
Lmao The most honest man on the site.
Anonhaha, sometimes my blunt honesty gets me in trouble
