Dealing with obstacles

ad

So i was diagnosed with a rare skin condition called hydradenitis a few months ago. its basically where lesions show up in areas of your body and can swell to the size of a golfball. long story short, took me out of the gym for about 3 months. docs have me on some trial meds and believe they can control it for now. and cleared me to hit the gym.

question is towards guys who have faced similar situations but anyone can chime in to help. How do you motivate yourself when youve lost so much muscle and strength?

Just SHOW UP and the gym. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE capable of- so get it in gear turkey.
You got many good ole boys here to help!
