Recent outage was due to a DDOS attack. It was a good one, DNS amplification type..
Content submitted after 2300 hrs EST Feb 15th might be lost, due to db corruption that happened with the system crash.

AnonHah mofos!! I remember we used to do that to the teacher in highschool ;p we'd wind up 20000 packets and BOOM!! Shit was crazy funny too cause his comp was a projector so the whole class would watch him spit chips not havin a fuckin clue what was goin on!
Apparently someone in the big game doesnt like us eh!? Ddos on this kinda scale requires a bit more than just downloading someone elses script, aiming and pulling a trigger!?

AnonI read something a while back and wanted to ask you if there were any truth to it. Are innocent people's computers used as "zombie computers" in these attacks? The DDossers cant own all of these attack computers can they? I could be wrong I was always led to believe it took a lot of computers to pull this off.
