ad

Been oooking back on where I started from all my pics and seeing me benching 300-350 and now under 250 cause a bad back. It's hard but where did you all begein is what I'm asking. I grew up a soccer player and baseball pitcher never big but I grew and made it happen spent two years growing just to bench 300 from 185. Never could work out everyday. So where did u all come from

Just nice to think back where we all started and where we are now. Just crazy how in a few years how it changed. From a good back to my bad back and can't lift hard as before. Just to see and feel the difference.

I don't even worry about PR's. If I get a wild hair on occasion I will go for one. It has been at least a year and a half since I went for a bench PR. My normal working weight is 225 and most of my concentration is on guillotine presses with my feet up on the bench. Occasionally I will do a few sets at 315 just to mix it up.

lol........ you sound like an old man reminiscing bro,

dont worry about poundage,. poundage is like age!... its just a number.

resistance is the word we should focus upon........ meaning whatever resistance it takes to stimulate muscle fibres for THE chosen goal at task................ some folks like to wreck tendons and ligaments aiming to bench what their friend benches,,,,,,,,,,,, thats bullshit brother!...... chose a resistance that works, NOT a (resistance) head banging stupid fkn weight that simply strokes the ego!

Dont get me wrong here.... Work hard!!....................... but work smart.

X2. I like to flirt with powerlifting a bit myself but priority is the pump and you won't find the pump going for your max single lift ever.
