Tne

ad

I haven't been around for a long time due to back problems but this was a product I used. I decided after a long break from light work outs after talking to my doctor that I would step back into trying to get myself back to actual lifting again. I can't seem to find this product anywhere now since I left this site along time ago. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thank you. Also I already i all my other gear to run just missing this if they still have it around.

What exactly is your back problem bro? I have had back issues for over 20 years that never improved until I started doing certain things in the gym that I had always been afraid to do...basically I had favored my back the whole time for fear of injuring it, and exasperated the problem in the process by keeping it weak.
I'm not about to give you medical advice, but I am curious what the nature of your injury is. Are you followed PT? Regardless, I would make sure your injuries are dealt with before loading up on a lift and making things worse for yourself.

Yeah I appreciate all that everyone is saying here I shoulda deleted this now after talking to a few ppl I decided it was best not to go down this road and dirt right and go from there till I am healthy enough. Thank you all though.

Very good choice. I agree....

Just eat, lift, sleep and take it easy and get and stay healthy even tho if you choice a different path later on....

TNE straight off the bat is definitely not something anyone should use straight away, the strength increase rise will be rapid, potentially leading to tendon and ligament tears as they haven't been readied for what all of a sudden arrived. This goes for muscles to, tears or worse, detachments will have you out of the gym for real time, not to mention you'd need surgery first. Granted this is the worst case scenario. But shit happens!!

If you have been training lightly like you say, just step it up with extra weight and intensity. Gear use is something for the future, and you will benefit much more from holding off and building up you're natural potential. Food and patience is the order of the day.
I assume when you're doc gave you the green light to train harder you didn't mention gear use to him/her.

Too many people seem to think "exercise is an excuse to use Gear".

Right on.....

Topic here should be TNT not tne......

Why would you need TNE to get back into lifting again? That is not smart bro you don't need steroids for this. Just progressively start to work out hard again and eat right and plenty of rest. Use caffeine for a P.W. if you need one. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint.

I haven't been around for a long time due to back problems

This throws a big red flag far as gear and back issues...

Back issues can be very, very bad, far as spine nerves and etc being damaged or worse....

I think you need to ease back in NO GEAR just train, eat, rest and take it easy just can't jump.back in all gun ho.....

Just because you're young doesn't mean you can't screw yourself up, I was the same back in the day wanted to go go go and over did everything I did and just spinning my wheels for no reason and didn't get hardly no where.

Are you serious? How about just get healthy first and worry about gear later?

What's your goal?

To roughly get to around 195 tops but lean muscle as I am already. Just it's harder now with my back being not as strong and I've been debating even coming here for a few days. Just want the avg gains as I had before bench curl squat. Was just looking for a little boost with my back being weaker. Maybe it was just cop out to come
Back and look at things again.

OK will thank you for the honesty I appreciate that. I would hit up the diet section and even asked guys for help with a better workout routine based around your injury so you don't hurt yourself.

But the last thing you would want to do right now is put gear into your body because then you're definitely going to hurt your back again. At your height and weight it's not gonna be hard for you to put on 10 pounds or even more naturally. Any real bodybuilder will tell you that it's 90% diet and 10% training. Yes obviously taking gear will help speed those things up, but if your diet is not on point you'll never grow a cut the way you want to. So start there and when you get to where you want to be a couple years from now and then worry about adding in gear if your back can handle it.

Appreciate it bro. I'll def head over there and see where I can go and hopefully grow cause my current diet isn't working.

PPGfreak's picture

Trust me bro I know all about that! Go look at my before and after pics lol. I got a nutritionist and then things started to fall into place. Before that I was just lifting for fun and never really getting anywhere. Shoulders wouldn't grow in the stomach stayed big....

Maybe all you guys are right. Maybe last time when I took advice when I was 21-22. Maybe I was wrong to take the advice or maybe I pushed so much for it they just helped me rather than see me hurt myself. Def have me rethinking looking for stuff again.

If you are just getting back to things the last thing you want to do is a cycle....

I mean I've been working on just not how I used to just light weight and if I don't do a cycle I used to use tne for a pre work out and it helped really good. If anything I would just use that solo then. Just for that extra kick since it works fast just haven't been able to find it anywhere on here anymore. Is it not around anymore? A few older sources that aren't here anymore use to have it.
