ad

Hey guys does anyone know of any over the counter cortisol medicines that actually work? Or is there anything you personally take for cortisol levels being high?

I know you posted this 4 days ago but I thought I could shed some light on this subject so I just wanted to put my two cents in. With melatonin it is important to take it an hour before bed. Just take a small amount and let it get into your blood stream. Also when you do turn in make sure it is dark in your room. I also have a really hard time staying asleep. I found that by taking some melatonin and a third of a benedryl I could stay asleep. Also what hardbody was saying about progressive relaxation is so true, it works. I got into far east wellness tactics to help with ptsd and that shit has been a life line. I had to play some background music for the longest but now I have a fan that blows the paint off the walls. As long as I don't hear gunfire and mortars I think I'm ok.
