you guys see this? ex lapd cop on a rampage right now. got fired a few years ago. went crazy today. killed 3 people so far. targeting cops and their family members. released a manifesto. saying hes a killer but will never be a liar. guy is a former cop, a navy trained sniper, and a full on beast. the bros huge. and he's going to war on the lapd right now. serious manhunt in progress.

Before he was hired as a cop-he had to pass psych evals that seem to weed out most of the crazies. Same with the military if he was in-he had to pass those tests. Just because bells and whistles didnt go off, does not mean anything. Because he went to the trouble to post up a manifesto, that shows this guy has serious problems.It will probably come out that he has a verifiable history of dom.violence, drug abuse, mental health problems, a messed up childhood, violent behaviour towards co-workers,etc. The longer it takes to catch him means that this guy thinks he is right and justified about the actions he has taken, and that is bad news for anyone who gets in his way. I hope they get him soon..
His military training was mostly intelligence related, and I can guarantee you that he is not a sniper by any stretch of the imagination. For those that weren't military, an expert marksman badge has zero to do with combat shooting or field craft. People used to qualify "expert" with laser guns. His training and knowledge gained as a police officer is far more relevant.

This guy was part of (CORIVGRU) in the Navy. Coastal Riverine Force is a security detachment of the Navy. He was a marksman but not a Navy SEAL sniper. Just for clarity all snipers currently in the Navy Are also SEALs. I know this seems like semantics but I had to say it.
Any chance this guy overlapped with SWCC in any way? I'm told he supported riverines, and that's it.

Exactly. I'm not gonna turn this into a pro/con gun debate. But I will say that anyone who is that mentally disturbed is not gonna be hindered by not having access to guns. Hell you can google dozens of methods on home bomb making and shit like that. So I've been told anyways. I never make it past the porn.
