Cheat meal vs Cheat day

ad

Just looking for everyone's experience with this. I find a cheat meal once a week helps me personally but I wonder how I would do with an all out cheat day. I feel the cheat meal helps me more mentally than anything so I can get through each week having satisfied some cravings. It obv also helps physically by filling up and rebooting the metabolism. I know ifbb Juan morel likes to do cheat days and by cheat day I mean all out binge eating lol. Everyone does it differently and reacts better or worse so what's everyone's Input?

At your age I could easily have a cheat day. Nowadays just reading "cheat meal" has increased my BF%....

Cheat meals/days are fine if you are just trying to get cut up to look good at the beach, but when in competition mode they are not in my vocabulary, especially with my slow metabolism I would never be able to make up for it.

Honestly I never believed in cheat meal or day.. It's 110% commited while on cycke or not there is no room for in between in my book why waste the time when doing a 12 or 16 week run

For me a cheat day would require six days of cardio to burn off
