Can't submit pics?

Hey prob a dumb question. I'm trying to post pic of new gear and maybe a self pic but my submit button wont allow me access.
I did post one pic a couple days ago with no prob.
Is there a limit per a certain amount of days or is my comp a POS?

One submission per 24hrs for pics.
Been over 24 hours.
Submit button still does nothing.
All other links easily open fine...
