Don't panic.
I would not worry about one reading on one particular hour on one particular day. There are several dozen factors that will affect your BP.

Monitor your BP. take a reading in the morning and afternoon and average it over a week.
There are several threads with tips on lowering your BP start here http://www.eroids.com/search/google but continue with a Blood pressure search here http://www.eroids.com/search/google

Get plenty of Cardio, water, sleep...

CoQ10/ 120 mg; l-carnitine/1000 mg
Flax oil 1 tbl; Fish oil EPA 600 mg, DHA 400 mg
Hawthorn 1.5 g; Garlic
Calcium 670 mg; magnesium, 270 mg; potassium 2500 mg
Vitamin C 500 mg; D 400 iu; E 200 mg; folic acid 500 mg; Niacin 1oo mg (not flush free)
Plenty of B complex

Can you post your stats, please?

There is nothing wrong with cerebral perfusion, but this systolic and diastolic is pushing it. The wrist cuffs aren't as accurate as a sphygmomanometer and a cuff around your left bicep, then right bicep, about thirty seconds apart. To get a good representative sample, statistically speaking, you need to take a blood pressure 100 times. Fifty times on the right arm and fifty times on the left arm. Not even in healthcare does this happen. And, of course you can't walk around with a radial arterial line, either.

Monitor your BP, and call your doctor if the diastolic (bottom number) stays above 90 for the next 24 hours. Find a place that you can get an accurate reading, too. You said you had BP meds? Will you tell us what they are? How long have you been on them? What drugs are you taking currently? And, do you have any allergies?

Before you take anything that is not prescribed, try to see if you can get your blood pressure to come down with the meds you have prescribed and lying flat, or sitting down, sometime today.

Everything everyone has said so far has been good. ClassyChassy also posted a thread recommending an increase in potassium. Try to find it.

Also, don't be scared to ask your dr about meds if you can't get it under control with these other supplements. I take Micardis and I've had very good luck with it

My bp hits these # + on cycle and its not putting you in imediate danger but these numbers prolonged can cause problems. Keep diet in check like you already said plus drink lots of water. I started using 10mg of cialis and that seemed to drop it a bit not sure of the science behind this though
