I'm talking about GTA 5 here. As many of you know, I am a video game fanatic, and I absolutely drool over the 1 or 2 great releases every year.
And this year, GTA 5 will prove to be another gem in the gaming world.
Forget about the fact that it's just a game----GTA 5 is soooooo way beyong just a game. The technology put into this masterpiece far exceeeds in my opinion anything NASA has ever accomplished (indeed, Rockstar will make WAY more money this year than NASA---and won't ask for any tax money either).
If you're familiar with GTA 5 and think it's about killing cops, steaing cars, or high speed chases, then you're not familiar with GTA 5.
GTA 5 is like a movie that YOU star in---your decisions affect the outcome of the game, and the story line is fantastic. There has never been a video game world with so much detail and intricate layout as GTA.
I have it on XBox, and when it comes to PC, I'll own it on that platform as well. If you haven't played it----GET IT!

I haven't 100% the game yet. Finished the story and had this empty feeling when it was over. The missions on their own are fun, but the story swallows you whole. Haven't had a lot of time for the online mode and with the PS4 out on Friday, not too sure how much more time I'll be putting in on the 360. But by far, GTA 5 is hands down one of the most innovative games made. And nothing was more satisfying than breaking into the military base and hijacking the fighter jet, causing all sorts of havoc, then parachuting out from as high as you can possibly fly that thing.
GearofWarMy wife is fuk'n pissed at me and hates that damned game with a passion because I become so engaged and engrossed when I sit down in the evening to play it. I'll just spend hours fucking around on a dirt bike or 4 wheeler exploring the map for cool and secret shit, Easter eggs, hidden missions, spaceship parts, letter fragments, whatever. Or I may just take a ride to the summit of Mt Chiliad on my dirt bike to have a gander at the cryptic drawing on the wall of the cable tram station for the 347th time trying to figure out wtf it means. And when I'm done doing that I'll climb up the steel girders on the tram and jump off, pull my chute halfway down and have an awesome aerial view of the sprawling game world that Rockstar has so lovingly and painstakingly crafted. All while controlling Trevor of course. One of the BEST video game characters ever created btw. So yeah, Goth. I too am in love with what Rockstar has gifted us with. GTA V is an unprecedented experience that is the crowning jewel and proper send-off to this generation of game consoles. What an awesome generation it was too. I'll pass on the next-gen stuff so long as games as half as well made are still being released for Xbox360 and PS3.
Hey bro I haven't had a chance to play gta5 yet. Hell I just stopped playing gta4 a couple months ago... Are you a online gamer? I've got my Xbox one preordered I can't wait brother. Right now I'm in deep on ncaa football 14. If you play online ill send you a request if that's not too weird for ya.
Unfortunately there will be no GTA5 for X one.
A high-fidelity version should be comming to PC in the spring---I suggest a powerful gaming rig if you have one.
I heven't been online yet, but the multiplayer looks pretty good.

cant wait for the PC version im gonna play the shit outta that, getting bored of sniper elite zombie nazi 2. But damn that game is awesome with the slow bullet time and you can watch the brains/lungs/heart blow right out the body

If your a online gamer then xbox for sure bro. Ps4 will not have the online community that Xbox has.

Xbox pissed many a gamer off with their attitude at the initial launch of both consoles. My entire BF4 clan voted to switch to pS4. Judging by the preorders we were not alone in our disdain.
UFOHell yea that shit sucked me in...prob the greatest gaming achievement since 360/ps3 came out. You can tell A LOT of time, love and money went into it. and almost all animations and cut scenes are actually motion capture. Hope it comes to PC...but I have a feeling Rockstar is more than happy with the 1.3 billion they have already made on it and wont release...like red dead redemption. Until then BF4 should do though..
I played that game at the last base I was on. I got so addicted I went out and bought it lol. Not that I know when I will have time to play it but I have to say it is like being in interactive movie. I don't know a lot about these games my sons do but this is one I could play 24 hrs straight

Depends on how I'm feelin, if I have some purpose in my life I continue to do my missions and get deeper into the story plot...if I'm on some tren I kill every motherfucker I see lol #GamerRoidrage!
Edit: I'm on Xbox as well, plan to get the X One around Christmas...I don't think ill ever to be able to put down the sticks! I've grown up on all the great systems, ill continue to get them.
I bought it for my son on Xbox, I figure one of these days he will get bored with it and I will get to play. In the meantime Friday morning my PS4 should be delivered along with my copy of BF4. That's my game Nukkas!

I gave away my xbox about a year ago. Was playing Call of Duty and got damn good at it. But it became a black hole of time. What felt like an hour of playing was actually 5+. I do miss it but it had to go. : ( Must resist!
I've been a playstation guy for the longest. Bought an xbox off my ole lady's younger brother. Brand new but cheap so couldn't pass it up. Lil fucker prolly stole that shit.
Anyway, I never really played. Had it for a year. Got Call of Duty (the new one) but couldn't get used to the controls and shit. I'm a Black Ops guy (the old one). Been thinking about getting the GTA for Xbox tho.
