+ 1 ADVICE ON ACNE

ad

whats up guys,
been looking at a lot of boards in the last few weeks and a topic i've seen several times is test acne. as someone who has always been very predisposed to acne from test, this is a subject i feel pretty strongly about. i don't know about you guys but no side bothers me more than huge disgusting back and shoulder acne, blistering red chest pimples, and craters on my face. i have spent cycle after cycle getting my body in great shape but not wanting to leave the house because of the horrible acne... i literally tried every single thing possible to prevent it but it seemed impossible. short of using prescription drugs like accutane, which IMO are far to dangerous to consider, there seemed to be no way around it.

finally i have found the answer and id like to share it with all of you.
keep in mind, this is what worked for me and i cant guarantee it will do the same for you... but its worth the shot

  1. i shower two times a day at least.

  2. i use original Palmolive dish soap (the green stuff or plain antibacterial) on a plain scotch brite kitchen sponge (the standard yellow and green one. put Palmolive on the abrasive side and use it to thoroughly scrub all areas of the body that are affected. the abrasive side will effectively exfoliate the skin without damaging it. be gentile on your face as it can be a tad rough on the facial skin. Palmolive original is a very safe soap and it is very effective at cutting the oils and drying the skin.

  3. i tan in a stand up booth twice a week... some people say it helps... some say it doesn't.. IMO, in addition the drying affects of the tan, the low dose of uv radiation effectively kills of bacteria that may be on or just under the skin.

  4. salt water.... if you live near a beach, great, go swimming.... if you dont, or its winter time, i use a mixture of powdered green clay and sea salt... green clay powder is available at many health food stores or online. i dissolve a few table spoons of sea salt in a mug of boiling water.. i then use that water to reconstitute the green clay powder. you can spread the mixture on your face, back chest, or wherever u experience acne. allow the clay to dry naturally (dont stand in front of a fan or AC to dry it quickly). i do this once or twice a week usually at night while watching tv.. it is a safe and effective way of drying and drawing oil from the pores of your skin.

  5. i carry alcohol prep pads with me all the time... on hot or especially oily days, i find that prep pads are a quick and easy way to de-oil and dry out problem areas quickly. ill often use them on my forehead and nose a few times a day

i have followed the above through my last three cycles without a single acne incident.. which is unheard of for me. furthermore.. i have recommended this regiment to friends who suffer similarly with acne and they have reported excellent results. i hope some of you will find this info useful.

Test makes all my acne go away.

Same with EQ and dbol.

When I hit deca or Anavar or AI's, clomid or just being off cycle I start to break out.

Tanning, shower 3x a day, and use clearasil wipes. I have none at all using these techniques.

As much as I don't like tanning beds, you named about the one real positive healthy benefit of them. The UV radiation that you will get at the tanning booth DOES effectively limit the growth of bacteria on or just under your skin. Maybe THAT ALONE could possibly be the culprit in what is really working for you and your acne fight while on cycle. A few showers a day never hurts though!! lol...
