I've been holding off on taking my first cycle of test e for a long time and before i do I want to try to get rid of my acne & etc from my back and face. I've had acne all my life, and i dont want to increase them by starting a cycle. I do the whole routine of washing face am & pm. Has anybody found the solution?

i took milk out of diet hoping it can decrease it. Ya'll think the milk thing is a myth?
Talk to a a derm. If it's mild enogh then it might respond well to antibiotics and topical retinoids. If it doesn't then the next step is accutane. I spend years with topical sans antibiotics because I was so scared of accutane. But when I finally used it it was a damn miracle for me. Only regret now is not starting it sooner. Could have saved my self years of embarrassment.

Check this stuff out (acne annihilator ) I've seen guys use this with pretty good success and also i dont know if you have access to a swimming pool or not (saltwater is best). The chemicals to keep the water clean ie chlorine and so on can help to.
The best answer is talk to your dr. There are prescription medicines that can help or even get rid of that.
Yea, finally have a reason to use my health care plan. my acne isnt severe to get any prescription thou. If i do thou wouldnt it be bad on a cycle
What I've found works well for me is Epiduo. It's a topical treatment, very powerful at eliminating acne. If you apply it everyday it gets rid of blackheads too. My lady has a script for it but I use it more than her.
That stuff ruined my skin. Made my mild to moderate acne into severe acne. The initial breakout never ended I was on the shit for 6 months.
Really? Interesting. I guess i had a better reaction that you (granted me acne days of high school are over thank god). I went from pizza face to a normal person lol. I don't have any acne now, and when the occasional pimple pops up I Epiduo it and it's usually gone by morning. By problem is mainly blackheads. My pores are large, so around my nose and under my eyes I have lots of blackheads. I scrub, mask, and lotion, but they always seem to come back in force in 2-3 days.
