need help with diet for uni student

ad

So im going to a university thats like 30miles away. I commute by bus and car 4 times a week. I was planning on doing my first cycle at the end of August but now im going to haveto wait 2 months or more due to my eating and gym habits. Right now i really need help with what kind of foods and recipes i should take to school that's not perishable. I lost about 15-20 pounds in about 2-3 months due to eeating. I felt my muscle being utilized as energy. I usually eat about 2500-3000 20,40,40 when i was counting. However now its crazy i take 2 shaker cups with 2 scoops of whey with 1 cup of nonfat dry milk powder each and 2 cups of dry white rice cooked and tuna pouchs to school. I really need advice on food. ALL ADVISE is appreciated!! (Sorry for spelling and grammer on a tablet)

I won't give you recipes as I'm not sure what you like and there are 10000 of websites who would offer ranges that I couldn't. What I will say it's all in the preparation. What you described doesn't sound crazy at all, it sounds pretty minor to be honest compared to most of use here.

looks nice, but do you take a cooler or just put it in your bag? Wouldn't the tilapia rot?

That's several days worth. Fridge is mandatory.

It's a photo I found on the internet to be honest. It just shows a small part of peoples meal preps.

My main sources of protein are tuna and chicken. Both I keep in my van till 12/4 in the afternoon, Summer or Winter. Never had a problem with food poisoning.
