is there a special soap or something to get rid of the acne? after a friend of mine did his first ever cycle, test e and tren e, he broke out all over his back, bad enough were he doesnt think he wants to do another cycle. any suggestions?

You know what really worked for me?
1.A glass of water with half a lemon squeezed in. My wife does it every day and her skin is like a fucking newborns ass.
I tried it and my acne dramatically cleared up.

sgtstedankoGet some Dermovan cream"cheap under $20". Then go buy some spironolactone tabs (Aldactone) or ask your doc to give you a prescription. Crush up the pills, or grind them up in a small coffee grinder"works best", and mix with the cream. Do only a couple oz at a time. Keep in fridge. Grind up 600mg of spiro pills and add to 20 ml's of cream to make a 3% solution. This worked great for me back in the day. I'll bet $ it still works:) If you're a grrl, or just want it to be scented w/something, add some lavender oil:)
Neutrogena body clear- body scrub works for me. I use it daily on my shoulders and back w/ one of those poofy scrubby sponges (Idk what the fuck its called). To all my bros- for Gods sake Don't I repeat Don't try to "crank one out" with this soap. It has scrubby crystal thingys in it that would make your unit seem like it got beat with a cheese grater. Don't I repeat Don't ask me how the fuck I know. Haahaa!

beavisI get it bad on my arms during cycle and cetaphil worked well. but everyone is different so trial and error is where I started, tetracycline did nothing for me but give me a gut ache.
Anonsooo I am having some acne and was looking here at what some of you all do to get rid of your acne.. I started with going out in the sun. That didn't work out so well for me. I went outside with my shirt off to get some sun and someone called the cops. I tried to use a whole bar per shower as Rods suggested but I ended up spending the whole day in the shower and still did not end up finishing the bar. I tried the Dawn dish soap but later in the day at work I was mistaken for the cleaning lady (fyi, gentleman if you dry your skin out too much, it compensates by making more oil and you break out worse)... I have decided to go back to my youthful days and obtain Retin A. I ll let you know if it works this time around..

AnonDidn't mean to use the whole bar you can use as much as you wish just dispose it after. Everything is kept much cleaner this way.

Panoxyl cream that's quite good, Tetracycline antibiotics help too. Accutane is good but has some quite harsh side effect.
tread-mUSE PROPECIA...CLEARS IT RIGHT UP. Propecia corrects DHT which is what causes the acne, hair loss etc from occurring in the first place. Many sources online and some of you may have a gear source that has it as well...if not your doc can put you on it if you have thinning hair. Real high possibility you will get thinning hair if not already based on frequent gear use if you are someone breaking out a lot. Unfortunately for me they did not have propecia back in the day so I have the chrome, I can get rid of the acne at least!
lol, made me laugh. Finasteride wouldn't affect your acne, dht wouldn't have anything to do with it. Isotretinoin (ultra potent Vitamin A) is the best treatment, completely erradicates it without mercy. But wouldn't suggest it with steroids espec. oral as the it can be harsh on the liver. Blood test is essential privately or under gp every 3 months. But it's good stuff! J
tread-mI've been through a cycle of that (vit..A -Accutane) and dont trust putting my body through another, tough on the ole organs. But yes the propecia does work for quite a few people in my inner cirle. I think it is related to the dht even if indirectly. I have known some that the propecia had no effect on though as a qualifier to the original statement. I do wonder if they just did not use it long enough though because propecia is not one of the pop it tonight gone tomorrow things.
AnonSwitch your shower gel to soap bars and use one bar per shower to take the oil off before upplying shower gel. Most shower gels fail to clean the oil of the body hence the breakouts.
I started using 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every morning when i wake up,My breakout has cleaared right up.
after a small outbreak myself, i found that a bar of pumice lava soap works very well
