2020 has hit almost every person on the planet in one way or another and a lot of us here, were carrying our own mental and physical battles already.

Everything! A lot of us are still in and out of lockdown stuck inside anyway. Sit your ass down and close your eyes. That’s all ya gotta do. No weird chanting. No incense. No yoga mat. No deep routed religion, No Tibetan Monk with a big shiney fuck off gong standing in your living room (full homo). Just take 5 minutes and let your mind go where it wants to go and let your conscience take over.
Mind is more powerful than you think. And if it does fuck all and made you feel like part of the Manson family then fuck it. No harm done. We march on regardless.
