Hi Everyone
I am wondering if you can give me some advice for my wife regarding helping her with symptoms of menopause and getting slightly leaner
If you guy's don't mind sharing what has worked for you in the past or present and helped out.
She's around 65kg 168cm 46years old
We have both done our bit and pieces over the years she probably did her last cycle approximately 5 years ago still goes to the gym but is struggling with getting the same results now.
Thanks I advance F&H

Based on what I've seen basically 8-12 mg test a week ( more frequent pins are better) then 200 mg oral progesterone days 14-28 of the cycle, and 1-2 mg injectable E2 per week. But let's bloods and symptom relief guide you. Start low and slow, and get a good baseline to see what her levels are before. I've also heard you want to get the E2 in a good spot before you really bring on the test to help reduce the risk of virilization
My partner is on HRT, estrogen + progesterone + testosterone. She's using test E and has adjusted the dose based on several blood tests and 2.5mg per week puts her on the top end of the range for women. I would be weary of giving women 8-12mg of testosterone per week because of virilization.
I can find estradiol cyp but no luck finding oral progesterone.
Pm me, there are many cheap options. You might be able to get this stuff thru a doc but it's hit or miss. Lots of docs still think female.HRT causes cancer...
Friend request sent. There are some HRT clinics for females in the area but I have a feeling they’re high priced like TRT clinics.
Hey, have you ever found the oral progesterone? I'm trying to put together protocol for the wife. Lmk please
Only found injectable that I can think of right now.
For weight, look into Retatrutide the stuff is amazing. It will lean/tone you up, I have been using it on and off for a while now. I even have test results showing how it lowered my Lipid levels.
Thank you guy's
Actually researching this for my wife currently. Been looking into dosing for estradiol and progesterone.
My wife is pre-menopausal and would get very bad cramps. We found Tirz’s anti-inflammatory effects really help her > 2.5mg a week with an additional 1mg bump per week, as needed
