+ 3 Dbol question

ad

I started taking 5mg dbol pwo 3 days ago. It makes my resting heart rate go up from under 70 to about 105. It makes working out hard because it feels like I just did cardio and it makes me not want to lift. Is this something that goes away? I was hoping to get a pwo boost from it. It takes a few hours for my hr to go back to normal.

Dbol is pretty brutal on ladies

Sounds like it’s making you blood pressure increase. I would come off not worth the issue. If your looking for PWO maybe give var a run.

Unfortunately this is a common side effect from Dianabol, it increases both your blood pressure and heart rate - both resting and in training. Because your heart is working harder from it, it means your breathing is increased automatically and therefore leaves you more breathless in training. Its not a nice feeling I know! The way around this is not to take it directly before training, leaving it longer for sonething like 6 hours means your HR and BP come back down to a certain level making training easier. The way I do it is to load up on it for a couple of days before a training session to get the water and glycogen loading so that you can lift more on the day, but I am aware that you are a woman and this method may not work best for you as you have to take such low amounts. If you are wanting an oral steroid purely to take before lifting for bodybuilding purposes rather than powerlifting - I would look at something more like Anavar at 5mg to 10mg pre workout as this will work better for your goals.

I’m a powerlifter. I’ve done a cycle of Anavar before with good strength results but I didn’t like the bloating. I had read that women responded better to dbol but this feeling definitely sucks. I’m going to try splitting my dose and giving my body a little longer to get used to it. If nothing else I can always go back to Anavar. Thanks for your insight.

Anavar bloating? Trippy since men and women use var right up to stage time in competition to get shredded. You sure your source was legit?

rockstarbanana's picture

Yes. Bloating seems to occur in about half of the women that take it. That’s why most I’ve talked to prefer dbol. It’s crazy how different the effects are on men vs women

Ahh okay - so you know exactly what you are after then. Another route is to take either a Beta blocker like Nevibolol or blood pressure tablet like Telmisartan and either will reduce your blood pressure enough to get round the uncomfortable feeling of it, the Beta blocker will also reduce your heart rate so it will be no longer racing during training on that amount. Either is effective and you will only have to take it if you wish to continue on the DBol. Another possible route is to use the Injectable Dianabol as this is MUCH more tolerable to use during training and doesn't peak as hard and fast as tablets do. You inject it everyday training or not so that it builds a steady constant level in the blood the same as testosterone oil and you don't experience the heart spikes like the tabs cause. For a woman I would use 10mg every day of the inject, use a Slin needle to inject it.

Thanks. I’m looking into the injectable version now. I wonder if I should still start with 5 mg

You need more with the injectable version, I can run 50mg everyday with the Inject and feel fine, I couldn't do the same with tablets though.

Does it give you a boost if you pin it pre workout?

Everyone is free to do as they want and with the limited info we have regarding your goals is somewhat difficult to say. My only question is: aren't you afraid of androgenic side effects? I read in another thread that you are also doing low dose test and boldenone. Some women care about this and some don't. Things like change in your tone of voice, facial hair among other things are things you will most likely experience with these compounds. To avoid these side effects called virilization caused by the androgenicity in the compounds you are currently using, some prefer to start with compounds like primo and anavar. But if you dont care just cut the pill in half and let you body adjust to it.

Thanks. I’ve done a cycle of Anavar before and I got really bloated so I wanted to try dbol. On another forum (not sure if I’m allowed to post names) women respond really well to low dose dbol, more so than Anavar. I was just not expecting the fast heart rate. I wanted the awesome pre workout feeling I’ve heard talked about. But I will split my dose and give it some time.

Female on dbol?? You want a beard?

Then take some caffeine 3 hours before workout. 200mg cap for me but im a male and 210lbs. Maybe 100mg vegetable cap. Coffee or preworkout drink may mess with your stomach. Unless try a little longer as your body is adjusting to the dbol.

Thanks. I’m gonna try splitting my dose and giving it a little longer to see if it gets better
