I dose twice a day- my dosing (whether it be for winny or something else) is dependent upon its half life. The goal is to raise plasma levels and keep them as consistent as possible... The more inconsistency and the more your body fluctuates with dosages, there is a bigger window for side effects and lowered effectiveness...you don't want to give your body a "break," you want it to build up in your system. Winny is 8-9 hours (I believe)- so theoretically it would be best to take split the dose three times a day.. But I do it twice, evenly split by 12 hours. The verilization is highly dependent upon the person. I had minimal issues with winstrol.

There are a ton of experiences littered throughout this site, including dosing. I used winstrol during contest prep and split dosages am/pm.
