New to the forum - stopping by to say hello from sunny Florida! Looks like a decent straight-forward forum. I'm retired military (4 Navy, 17 Army), in my mid-40's, been into fitness the better part of my life. Some prior experience with 6 & 8 week cycles/pct. Strong member and supporter of Gold's Gym - great people in there (at least the one I go to).
