I put the cart before the horse . . . as I've been posting and never introduced myself.

Upper 30s, 5'8", weight from 145-175lb, BF 10-20%. Yes, all over the place.

I have been active in sports and lifting weights since college. I love the way it makes me feel . . . the hard work rewarded.

That being said, I've had lapses in discipline, and shifts in priority due to life in general, but I've always found that getting to the root of hard work and dedication to bettering yourself is one of life's best rewards.

I am technical in nature, and just check me if I come off as a know-it-all. I deeply respect the wisdom of vets and find value in all the experiences I've read about.
