Hello everyone after sitting in the back row looking through forms and everything I decided to participate in what ever I can and learn as much as I can from all of you that's had hands on rather than books and magz even though they hold good info I think learning and taking advice from all of you that have hands on would be better.

Weight: 195 (give or take)
BF: 13% (prob higher idk for sure )

Done one cycle in past of test e 400mg a week for 10 weeks and tren a 200mg a week for 10 weeks
