i ran out of caber so i went back to the prami. i took .25mg yesterday night.. woke up today with the worst sickness, vomiting , and i cant eat anything... i have had this side effect from prami but never this bad. any one knows how to counter act that vomiting effect?

It's most likely the t3 bro. That happened to another member a couple days ago and he only took t3
Also that large amount of T3 might not be helping either. Even if under dosed you could be getting build up as well maybe some tabs being overdosed. A lot of different stuff going into your system brother, be careful.

taking it any less than ED plays with your bodies physiological adjustment. Try taking it ED, at night with your last meal. Try to make sure your last meal covers a decent amount of fibrous carbs, and you're getting some sort of ZMA. Need some sodium and potassium as well.

Whenever i start using prami i dose at 0.125mg and then work my way up gradually.
