O and like son of a god said I didnt get sick while I smoked weed not even so much as a sniffle
Truthfully I've had my best gains from smoking while cycling. I would always blaze after my gym workouts relaxed my muscles and increased my need to eat. Unfortunately I stopped smoking for almost two years now due to bad acid reflux. It would make it act up so bad to the point where I felt as if I was gonna swallow my tongue
Want some personal info and not bro science and not bS like all this other shit below!
I take scripted marinol everyday, 5mg x 2-4 times per day, it helps me eat (stimulate Appetite) and helps my stomach digest foods! I suffer gastro paresis (Paralyzed stomach)
I also smoke high grade sativa and on occasion indica marijuana by water pipes or "bongs" up to 1.7g a day!
It allows me to eat and relaxes my muscles after workout; feels good! Arnold did it too!
It also Drys my mouth, creates a rise in B/P and pulse too!
I have no gynocamastia issues at all been smoker for over 12 yrs daily!
I am a professional and work harder and react quicker than most whom don't use!
I COULDN'T LIVE without THC to stimulate my hunger, naturally I would not eat and it sucks to be relatively dependent on any drugs to create what should happen naturally!
That's my 0.2cents but at least it actually experience and not parrot bs!
GATORGEAR
It also make a you write in color constantly LOL
AnonLOL!!!
SonofaBitchBro not everything is bs below lol I practically said the same thing.
I thought the same thing. I guess technically we are in agreement so I just let it go.
Son and ice
No harm meant bros!

Smoking sucks,do the bho conversion, and youre getting most of the thc out of it,and eliminating the vegetable matter. They sell e cigs that you put your oil in,its economical, way more effective, and you can take it anywhere. An eighth should get you 1gram if its fire.I personally cant do it and go to gym,but everyones different.btw you can bake w it too.
you talking about making oil
SonofaBitchMarijuana is a lot like steroids. Tons of misinformation.
It affects every person differently. The gyno thing is bullshit I've never met anyone that got gyno from smoking weed.
I smoked for many years then stopped, while smoking I rarely got sick and was always in great health.
After stopping I noticed a decline in my immune system. I started back this past year after a long break and feel healthier already.
Another myth: the whole lazy factor. I'm gonna put it like this if your mindset is being lazy before you smoke you're going to be a lazy ass after you smoke. I've been around people that smoke all my life and all of them are active and that's smoking indica and sativa.
That's the first I've heard of it slowing down blood flow, everything Ive heard says it increases bloodflow.
To your question, smoking after will relieve pain, increase appetite, and can help with sleep.
Terephthalic Pt...It's a vasoconstrictor. It raises heart rate and blood pressure. Blood flow will stay the same. It's blood pressure and and heart rate that will increase.
And there's tons of misinformation on both sides. Pot smokers make up their own science too. Not just the lobbyists trying to keep it illegal.

Terephthalic Pt...Don't try and argue with these guys man. I got flammed after trying to do so and they guy just countered my stuff with "it's all government propaganda"
These people will believe what they want to believe.
I'm not against pot, I smoke pot. I love pot. It's my drug of choice. Do I try and bury my head in the sand though? No I accept that it's probably not a great substance for you considering it's a poison to keep the plant alive.
That's not to say that there aren't also some benefits, but a lot of pot heads seem to make it out to be this wonder drug that has no faults.
Yes I know. Hardcore stoners have their minds made up to ignore any legitimate peer reviewed science warning its ill effects. Weed is an additional risk factor in AAS users who are a population already particularly vulnerable to develop gyno and I hope to save someone the thousands of dollars in expenses for surgery, pain, and possible permanent disfigurement of having to deal with this problem that i have seen which SonOfaGoad has not.
Lots of AAS users here and plenty of cannabis users as well. How about finding one here that blames MJ for their Gyno.... Google is your friend, use it.
SonofaBitchlol so you've seen 1st hand someone that has gotten gyno from smoking?
I've been around tons of smokers for years and none of them have gyno and I've never heard of anyone in the real world getting it from just smoking.
This is the 1st time I've heard anything about it causing gyno and a quick search brings up numerous article stating the opposite or that it was so small it didn't make a difference.
No I just said I have dealt with people with gynecomastia not that I ever proved it happened in a specific individual solely from marijuana abuse. And pot is definitely associated with gynecomastia if you know anything about this problem even if it isnt directly causative on its own in a given person. So what if you havent seen it yourself. Ive never seen a wild elephant either so I guess that means they dont exist.
Earlier studies have NEVER been able to be duplicated. Meaning, big brother wanted you to believe. Congratulations big brother, you found two guys to believe you.
SonofaBitchSee herein lies your problem, you're trying to "argue" a point. Leave arguing to the women man. He cited an article from the internet, I can do the same thing that says it has no effect on estrogen levels and even has anti estrogen capabilities.
Who is right?
I'm speaking from personal experience only and I have never known anyone to get gyno from pot.
I listen to both sides of the stories and there's always cons to positives but the positives far outweigh the cons in this case.
I don't know about it actually being good for sore muscles but I do know that smoking slows down blood flow to the muscle which is counter productive. The first thing i would do if I were you is eat. Then if you have to get high wait a couple hours.
Buildbigger86This is perfect for you to understand what gator was speaking about:
Marijuana vs. Marinol - A Side by Side Comparison
Marijuana Marinol
Yes, according to California Health & Safety Code 11362.5, (A):
"To ensure that seriously ill Californians have the right to obtain and use marijuana for medical purposes where that medical use is deemed appropriate and has been recommended by a physician who has determined that the person's health would benefit from the use of marijuana in the treatment of cancer, anorexia, AIDS, chronic pain, spasticity, glaucoma, arthritis, migraine, or any other illness for which marijuana provides relief."
Nov. 1996 CA H&S Code 11362.5
No, according to the US government's National Institute on Drug Abuse's (NIDA) November, 1998 publication, "Marijuana: Facts for Teens," which states:
"Animal studies have found that THC can damage the cells and tissues in the body that help protect people from disease. When the immune cells are weakened, you are more likely to get sick."
1998 NIDA
Yes, according to Unimed Pharmaceutical's website on Marinol:
"Based on extensive research, the United States Food and Drug Administration has approved MARINOL for two purposes:
The treatment of anorexia (loss of appetite) associated with weight loss in patients with AIDS ... [and]
The treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy in patients who have failed to respond adequately to conventional antiemetic treatments..."
2004 Unimed Pharmaceutical's
Question - "Is it legal for general medical use and in patients under the age of 18?"
Marijuana Marinol
The Los Angeles Times wrote in a Feb. 23, 2004 article "Unorthodox uses for medicinal marijuana," by Daniel Costello:
"A spokeswoman for the Medical Board of California says that few doctors recommend marijuana as a treatment for children and that doing so isn't necessarily improper. The board's position, however, is that it should be done in only extreme cases, such as with cancer patients and only with careful doctor supervision."
Feb. 23, 2004 Los Angeles Times
US DEA special agent Richard Meyer of the San Francisco field office stated in Alternet News on Apr. 16, 2002:
"Any cultivation, possession, and distribution of marijuana is illegal under federal law. It is our job is to enforce those laws and we will."
Apr. 16, 2002 US DEA
Unimed Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer of Marinol, states on it's website that Marinol is legal if prescribed by a physician. It notes:
"..the United States Food and Drug Administration has approved MARINOL."
Their website also states:
"MARINOL Capsules is not recommended for AIDS-related anorexia in pediatric patients because it has not been studied in this population. The pediatric dosage for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced emesis is the same as in adults.
Caution is recommended in prescribing MARINOL Capsules for children because of the psychoactive effects."
2004 Unimed Pharmaceuticals
Question - "What is the daily dosage usually used to increase appetite?"
Marijuana Marinol
Donald Abrams, MD et al., in their research paper "Medical Cannabis: Rational Guidelines for Dosing," published on the internet by CannabisMD, writes the following:
"...a patient-determined, self-titrated dosing model [patient calculated or estimated] is recommended. This self-titration model is acceptable given the heretofore-discussed variables as well as the low toxicity of cannabis. This construct is not unique to cannabis."
2004 Donald Abrams
The Los Angeles Cannabis Resource Center told ProCon.org in a 2004 interview:
"Usually a few puffs prior to each meal is sufficient for many patients. Some will require about half to a whole joint prior to each meal. These are usually thinly rolled, about 0.5 grams in weight.
Those who prefer non-smoked will often eat one quarter to half a brownie, or use about 0.25 grams in a vaporizer, prior to each meal."
2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
According to Marinol's manufacturer, their website guide to Marinol dosage states the following for appetite stimulation:
"Initially, 2.5 mg MARINOL Capsules should be administered orally twice daily (b.i.d.) before lunch and supper.
For patients unable to tolerate this 5 mg/day dosage of MARINOL Capsules, the dosage can be reduced to 2.5 mg/day, administered as a single dose in the evening or at bedtime.."
2004 Unimed Pharmaceuticals
Question - "How long does it take to work?"
Marijuana Marinol
The Los Angeles Cannabis Resource Center told ProCon.org:
"For appetite, about 10-15 minutes, sometimes less. For stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, about 5 minutes.
Vaporized takes about the same time as smoked to take effect.
Edible takes about 30-60 minutes to take effect, sometimes longer."
2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
Unimed, the maker of Marinol, states on their website:
"Most people with HIV/AIDS in clinical studies noticed a significant improvement in their appetite within 4 weeks, but your response may be different. Even if you think it isn't working fast enough, do not stop taking MARINOL without talking to your doctor first."
2004 Unimed
The Los Angeles Cannabis Resource Center told ProCon.org:
"Patients usually feel the effects of Marinol in about 45-60 minutes."
2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
Question - "How long do the effects last?"
Marijuana Marinol
Donald I. Abrams, MD et al. in their 2004 article "Medical Cannabis: Rational Guidelines for Dosing," published on the internet by CannabisMD, wrote:
"After smoking, venous blood levels of THC fall precipitiously within minutes, and an hour later they are about 5 to 10 percent of the peak level."
2004 Donald I. Abrams, M.D. et al.
The L.A. Cannabis Resource Center told MedMJProCon the following in Mar. 2004:
"The effects of smoked marijuana generally lasts about an hour to two hours. Edibles can last 4-6 hours, vaporized about an hour to two hours."
Mar. 2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
The L.A. Cannabis Resource Center told ProCon.org the following in 3/04:
The effects of Marinol usually lasts about 4-6 hours."
2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
Question - "What percentage of people feel "stoned" from it's medical (not recreational) use?"
Marijuana Marinol
The L.A. Cannabis Resource Center told MedMJProCon the following in Mar. 2004:
"Most medical users smoke until they feel the 'buzz' because that let's them know it's 'working.'
Many medical patients claim they don't feel high from using a few puffs, although a slight 'buzz' is usually felt. If used very moderately, a patient can titrate (calculate or estimate) their doses so that they reap the medical effects without the 'stoned' feeling.
With edibles, small doses can increase the appetite without the 'stoned' feeling. Larger doses will keep the person 'stoned' for up to 4 hours.
With careful titration, vaporization can take effect without the 'stoned' feeling."
2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
Marinol's manufacturer, Unimed Pharmaceuticals, states on their website, as of Apr. 2004:
"The most frequently reported side effects in patients with AIDS during clinical studies involved the central nervous system (CNS). These CNS effects (euphoria, dizziness, or thinking abnormalities, for example) were reported by 33% of patients taking MARINOL .
About 25% of patients reported a minor CNS side effect during the first 2 weeks of treatment and about 4% reported such an event each week for the next 6 weeks.
You should be aware that your body may be more sensitive to MARINOL when you first start using it, so you may experience dizziness, confusion, sleepiness, or a high feeling. These symptoms usually go away in 1 to 3 days with continued dosage. If these symptoms are troublesome or persist, notify your doctor at once."
Apr. 2004 Unimed
Question - "What are some of the negatives?"
Marijuana Marinol
Donald I. Abrams, MD et al. in their 2004 article "Medical Cannabis: Rational Guidelines for Dosing," published on the internet by CannabisMD, wrote:
"Long-term cannabis users can develop tolerance but, as previously discussed, there is essentially no risk for overdose.
[When eaten] "...orally ingested THC is broken down in the liver to the by-product 11-hydroxy-THC, which, in and of itself, has potent psychoactive effects ... Thus, when THC is ingested orally, there tends to be considerably more sedation..."
2004 Donald I. Abrams et al.
The L.A. Cannabis Resource Center told ProCon.org the following in Mar. 2004:
"Small doses are less harmful for the lungs and other body systems. Patients are advised to use a pure (non-chemically enhanced, non-pesticides) potent blend. The stronger the cannabis, the less required for efficacy.
However, just because no adverse effects from long-term use has been established does not mean they don't exist. Always use with caution and moderation.
Vaporization is the safest known use for inhalation of the plant material. Vaporized works, or doesn't work, faster, and is easier to titrate.
With edibles, small doses, if too small, may not work, and often the patient will not know it's not working until 60-90 minutes after consumption. Then they must consume more, and wait another 45-60 minutes to feel the effects.
Also, sometimes when baking, some brownies in a batch may be stronger or weaker than others. Too strong a dose can produce extreme dizziness, sleep, nausea and vomiting."
2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
Marinol's manufacturer, Unimed Pharmaceuticals, states on their website:
"MARINOL should not be taken by anyone with a history of hypersensitivity to any drug in the cannabinoid class or to sesame oil ...
Caution is recommended in prescribing MARINOL Capsules for children because of the psychoactive effects."
2004 Unimed
The L.A. Cannabis Resource Center told ProCon.org the following in Mar. 2004:
"Small doses can reduce the effects, such as dizziness, lethargy, and sleepiness.
Too small a dose may not work, and too large a dose may create nausea, vomiting and headaches. Patients should always start at the lowest dose, and work up if necessary."
2004 L.A. Cannabis Resource Center
Question - "What are the health risks?"
Marijuana Marinol
According to the US government's 1999 IOM Report, on Pages 126-127:
"Marijuana is not a completely benign substance. It is a powerful drug with a variety of effects. However, except for the harm associated with smoking, the adverse effects of marijuana use are within the range tolerated for other medications. Thus, the safety issues associated with marijuana do not preclude some medical uses."
1999 IOM
The United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) states in their November, 2001 publication "DEA Briefing Book, Drugs of Concern":
"Marijuana contains known toxins and cancer-causing chemicals that are stored in fat cells of users for up to several months. Marijuana users experience the same health problems as tobacco smokers, such as bronchitis, emphysema, and bronchial asthma.
Some of the effects of marijuana use also include increased heart rate, dryness of the mouth, reddening of the eyes, impaired motor skills and concentration, and frequent hunger. Extended use increases risk to the lungs and reproductive system, as well as suppression of the immune system. Occasionally, hallucinations, fantasies, and paranoia are reported."
2001 US DEA
The California Narcotics Officers' Association states in its position paper "The Use of Marijuana as a Medicine," available on its website as of Oct. 8, 2003:
"Common sense dictates that it is not good medical practice to allow a substance to be used as a medicine if that product is:
not FDA-approved,
ingested by smoking,
made up of hundreds of different chemicals,
not subject to product liability regulations,
exempt from quality control standards,
not governed by daily dose criteria,
offered in unknown strengths (THC) from 1 to 10+ percent, and
self-prescribed and self-administered by the patient."
Oct. 2003 CA Narcotics Officers' Assoc.
Unimed Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer of Marinol, states on its website (as of Apr. 2004):
"MARINOL should be used with caution in patients with cardiac disorders because of occasional hypotension, possible hypertension, syncope, or tachycardia.
MARINOL should be used with caution in patients with a history of substance abuse, including alcohol abuse or dependence, because they may be more prone to abuse MARINOL as well. Multiple substance abuse is common and marijuana, which contains the same active compound, is a frequently abused substance.
MARINOL should be used with caution and careful psychiatric monitoring in patients with mania, depression, or schizophrenia because MARINOL may exacerbate these illnesses.
MARINOL should be used with caution in patients receiving concomitant therapy with sedatives, hypnotics, or other psychoactive drugs because of the potential for additive or synergistic CNS effects.
Although no drug/drug interactions were discovered during clinical trials of MARINOL, cannabinoids may interact with other medications.

Former US Surgeon General Joycelyn Elders, MD, stated in a Dec. 14, 2002 editorial published in The Globe and Mail [Canada]:
"...tobacco, through its direct physical effects, kills many thousands of people every year. So does alcohol. And it is easy to fatally overdose on alcohol, just as you can fatally overdose on prescription drugs, or even over-the-counter drugs, such as aspirin or acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol). I don't believe that anyone has ever died from a marijuana overdose."
Dec. 14, 2002 Joycelyn Elders.
Colin Blakemore, PhD and Leslie Iversen, PhD, wrote in an editorial in The Times [United Kingdom] on Aug. 6, 2001:
"It is claimed that cannabis smoke is more harmful to the lungs than tobacco smoke because it contains much the same mixture of noxious substances, and because cannabis users inhale more deeply and deposit more tar in their lungs. On the other hand, cannabis users do not smoke 20 to 40 times a day, as many cigarette smokers do. There may be a health risk, and it is compounded by the combination of cannabis with tobacco, but there is currently no indisputable evidence for a link with cancer.
The reports of cancers of the throat, mouth and larynx in cannabis users were based on small numbers and did not rule out effects of the concomitant use of tobacco.
A much larger study in the United States monitored the health of a group of 65,000 men and women over a ten-year period. The 27,000 who admitted to having used cannabis showed no association between cannabis use and cancers, nor were there any other serious adverse effects on health."
Aug. 6, 2001 Blakemore and Iversen
Eric Voth, MD, an internist in Topeka, KS, sent this response to ProCon.org:
"Marijuana is about comparable to tobacco in its effects and risks but it is intoxicating so the harmful effects are mixed. It is also not smoked the same way that tobacco is, so not quite the same respiratory risks and the science suggests slightly different effects than tobacco.
It does have comparable effects on driving skills to alcohol, but does not have the adverse effects on liver, etc. that alcohol does. In that regard, alcohol may be more physically harmful. The addictive effects and potential is comparable to alcohol.
Marijuana is far more dangerous than compazine, tigan, metaclopramide, zofran, kytril [legal anti-emetics] to name a few."
2002 Eric Voth.
Donald P. Tashkin, MD, in his 1997 article for the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention; Effects of Marijuana on the Lung and Its Immune Defenses stated:
"Analysis of the smoke contents of marijuana and tobacco reveals much the same gas phase constituents, including chemicals known to be toxic to respiratory tissue.
With regard to the carcinogenic potential of marijuana, it is noteworthy that the tar phase of marijuana smoke contains many of the same carcinogenic compounds contained in tobacco smoke, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, such as benz[a]pyrene, which was recently identified as a key factor promoting human lung cancer."
1997 Donald P. Tashkin, M.D.

dont think id agree that its good for muscles or especially muscle soreness. water, glutamine post WO, sleep, these are good for muscle soreness. Pain patients take cannabis mainly for soreness associated with nerve pain or pain caused by nerve problems. MOst importantly they take either cannabis INDICA or edibles which have been heated. In both cases the largest fraction of psychoactive ingredients is not THC but rather CBN and CBD which have a stonier effect and dull the senses and thus, pain. One other thought to a poster below, smoking anything IS BAD. However, using vaporizers is no more harmful than being outside during pollen season. Additionally, smoking high quality cannabis (something strong enough to allow the user to take ONE small hit and be DONE) has little to no bearing on the lungs or any other body part negatively affected by smoking. I have to reiterate, cannabis is not a perfect addition to everyones fitness regimen. Rather, its a helpful supplement to a small fraction of people with issues specifically cured or assisted by cannabis use. Short attention span for workouts, low appetite or forgetful appetite, high aggression, and im sure there are more. Listen to your body but definitely dont use cannabis for post workout soreness. Nutrition and hydration are the keys.
Buildbigger86Emerald, My man.... You know your stuff brother. People actually understand CBN and CBD really know what they are doing my friend.
Pm me when you have a moment. We should def chat.
I love smoking ganja all the time u feel good and eat more if only it wasn't in the system so long
if its testing that worries you... one b complex vite and 36-48 ozs of water. In one hour you will have clean pee for 2-3 hours. Its not a flush, its a screen. The water intake floods the kidneys and you pass pure water instead of passing metabolites from cannabis. The reason it passes is threefold: 1) the pH test. You havent used bleach to taint the sample so the pee is acidic rather than alkaline. 2) the temperature test. it actually came out of your body so itll be over 98 degrees and pass the second test. 3) the color test. The B vite colors it slightly yellow so as to throw off the administrator when judging color. An intentionally diluted sample will be clear, yellow pee indicates typical dehydration and thus passes the test. Enjoy.
All day everyday for the treatment of wasting syndrome and gastroparesis and nerve damages
Works wonders
Also have pharma Marinol 10mg TID
That's nice too but a good blunt is my main stay!
Buildbigger86Pharma Marinol? Going to look this up now and see what is.
Thanks as always gator!!
Do while lifting...
IronCladdI am a cannabis expert..lol
One of the reasons it is prescribed for glaucoma is the ability for cannabis to dialate the blood vessels throughtout the body, and evenin the eyes, hence the red eyes..lol....it helps bloodflow and relieves the pressure from glaucoma. This effect is also noted in asthmatics, same thing, dialated vessels in the lungs help blood flow and open the airways. It does help with muscle soreness for sure! Also It is great for appetite, sleep, stress relief. 3 Very important factors in my books. FWIW i do bong rips for breakfast, workout like a mad man, then eat like a pig. Good stuff tho, your onto sumthin.!
The National eye Institute, the Glaucoma Research Foundation (GRF), the American Glaucoma Society (AGS), and the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AOA all argue that the current clinical evidence is insufficient to support marijuana as a legitimate treatment for glaucoma. Rx's for marijuana are handed out by pseudo doctors under false pretenses such as eye disease to stoners who want to get stoned, not protect their eyes
I know a lady with glaucoma who has a scrip and trust me it isnt from a pseudo doctor or weed store/co-op cause we dont even have that shit within a good 1,000 miles of where we live. She smokes GOVERNMENT weed and they ship her the shit UPS since you cant just fill a weed prescription where we live. She even carries a card in case the cops hound her that says shes legal.
IronCladdand that is whats wrong with our society bro, just because a few innocent stoners want to get high or stoned as you say, then why should people who truly have a legitment illness have to suffer by keeping it illegal? people are going to use it anyways you cant control our free will, i just dont se the point or relevence of your statement bro.
Every state is different also, maybe cali is just a health dept sig, but most states take it seriously and mostly neurologists give the prescription and not pseudo doctors...lol...are we living in the 21st century? It ight take time to scientifically prove ALL of its benefits not just glaucoma..LOL...why is it being legalized for medical use in more states everyyear? them damn pseudo doctors are keeping al these teenagers high dammnit..fuck the poor old fella with HIV he dontned an apetite stim to eat bro....so glad we have votes in our country..to put fucks like you in your place...i guess drinking whie on cycle is the way to go bro to let loose once in a while.fuck it we need more drunk driving deaths bro keep on copy pasting your BS..i found your quote you fucking phoney cant speak for yourself just other peoples writings..loser bitch
Buildbigger86Thanks Bro's, i did not know that it contributes to Gyno. I used to puff a good amount but since i have gotten serious with my workouts, diets, and overall health i have pretty much stopped. I will take a hit or 2 of a vap on on an average of every 2 weeks. I don't or anything anymore either so once and awhile i do indulge but no much. plus at this point i am running great cycle of test, eq, and Var. So when i do take a hit or 2 it kills me because my appetite is already off the chain and with the eq now kicking in. I literally cannot stop eating. No joke to the point of super food coma so it is just not worth it lol. Just lift hard, eat well, and fuck chicks is the way to go for me now. Plus the high you get from lifting and AAS'S is better than any other high drugs could give you. I try to explain to my friends how fuck around in the gym or go stoned to the gym but unless you experience yourself people just cant relate.. But i am sure everyone on this page CAN!!!
Thanks again for the info though guys!
Cannabis contributes to gynecomastia so alongside AAS would push your luck smoking that &^$@ to get bich tits. Smoking anything in general is so detrimental to cardiovasc health esp the lungs; I dont understand why anyone serious about fitness would smoke.
smoking once a week is cool, but smoking everyday after a workout IMO will slow u down , lets not forget Mary J will make lazy over time
Sick post. Great answers by all u guys
sativa only- preworkout. keeps energy up, drive up, thirst way up. It may dehydrate you but it reminds you to stay on water. NOT FOR EVERYONE but for people that can handle it and maybe have a hard time staying with a program or people that are busy and forget to eat (like me) it can be great. The Governator himself touts the benefits of roids and cannabis. Two best drugs ever.
Certainly not after workout but before- it helps to stay entertained during long workouts, gives ME (not everyone) energy, sativa only, takes the "edge" off of high Test doses so i dont rage on the guy that rests on the fucking machine in between sets, VORACIOUS appetite kept up for busy entrepreneurs like myself that cant seem to get enough calories.
Id say its great for a small percentage of people that have these issues, not great for everyone else.
Agree completely, gets me raging. I love it for heavy lifting and volume; helps push past the latic acid. Not so much for anaerobic circuts though, heart rate too high
Biologically it raises estrogen levels as well as dehydrates your body (muscles, organ systems, etc.). This would be very counter-productive after a workout. The only thing smoking does is help pass the time if you're bored. IMO if you are truly serious about training I wouldn't consider it to be a part of your daily regime. Everyone is training for different reasons and it might be beneficial for your lifestyle/social life on the weekends or occasionally when you want to relax...with that being said I agree that it's acceptable and a better option than drinking alcohol especially on cycle!
I am a stoner who quits randomly, for months at a time (gets old, helps to enjoy high), and I have at times got ripped in the am before cardio. Sativa for all day and indica for when you want to comatose. - i dont think that it helps to burn before lifting though. Toking is way better for your body than drinking, especially when you are maintaining a diet regime.
nope. it makes it easier to get hurt. You cant feel what hurts.
Also constricts your blood vessels. so its decreasing your cardiovascular ability/health.
It sure does make you happy though.
Toking is counterproductive either way. Only good things you would benefit from is eating and sleeping.
Nah, no way. It probably won't kill you, but don't be fooled into believing that toking is any way good for you. Personally, I'd rather take a few bongs when relaxing than drink beer or alcohol.
Buildbigger86Hahahaha, Yeah i guess your totally right Levelup. I used to smoke a ton as well but know since i am running test e with eq if i smoke i literally cannot spot to eating for hours. So i stopped smoking...
yea i gave it up a little while ago, my focus and drive is a lot better since ive stopped
haha, coming from a person who smoked for years, it doesnt do anything for the soreness, it just makes you not think about it
SwolePatrole7Sounds like something a stoner would say..always talking the stuff up like its so great, weed sucks, makes me lazy, but thats just my opinion
You obviously haven't read Jerry Garcia's "10 Trips to a better body" lol
