+ 2 The t3 is definitely working

ad

I'm losing 3 lbs a day . Kinda of scary but I'm not weaker in the gym. Any one here knows if doing one week on then one week off is good?

I've been running 25mg once a day in the morning, and am seeing marginal results. Considered bumping up the dose but heard anything over 25mg/d is asking for trouble. Hmmm..

What is your daily dose and are you splitting it up?

I'm taking 50mg a day at once, never tried splitting it . I would love to hear ur knowledge if u don't mind sharing

I did read something that said cycling 1 or 2 weeks at a time wasn't beneficial. I believe it is because of weight gain rebound because of your thyroid catching back up.

Yes , I also read that cycle should be 2 weeks max. I'm very scared of the wieght gain rebound coming to me when I stop though

What I read said you should run longer than 2 weeks, but your best bet on fighting the rebound weight gain is stepping back down on the dose so you give your body time to adjust. I plan on running my t3 on to the end of my cycle, but I will step it down so the final week of my cycle I will be down to 10mcg/day and then see how PCT works out with any rebound.

I'm not experienced with it by any means. I actually just added it to my current cycle of prop and NPP because I noticed I started to get thick around the mid section. I'm running it at 20mcg one dose when I wake up in the morning, and I have already noticed my uniform pants are starting to fit better. They were getting a little tight lol. I'm considering bumping the dose up to 30-40mcg, but I was curious to see if you were splitting the doses. I saw an 8 week protocol that started at 12.5mcg/day doubling the dose every week until you hit 100mcg then stepping back down. That protocol called for twice a day dosing the second week, so 12.5mcg in the morning and then another 12.5mcg again at noon. However if a single dose is working well for you I don't know if splitting the dose works better or the same.

damn! Lol my fiancee had bloods scheduled and didnt know that they were going to check her thyroid and the tiromel t3 definitely works because the doc called and said "we are concerned about you having an over active thyroid!"
