Can creatine cause iniuries

I been taking 15-30 g a day , some one told me it could cause bad injuries like tendonitis or something. Was wondering if anyone agrees?

My friend had gotten some pretty bad kidney stones from creatine, but I've never heard anything about tendonitis..
