taken creatinine supplement will affect blood work results of egfr ?
Egfr if nonafricn am 119 ml/min/1.73 >59
Egfr if africn am 138 ml/min/1.73 >59
Note: A persistent eGFR <60 mL/ min/ 1.73 m2 (3 months or more) may indicate chronic kidney disease. An eGFR >59 mL/min/ 1.73 m2 with an elevated urine protein also may indicate chronic kidney disease. Calculated using CKD-EPI formula

mazarTaking creatine will convert to creatinine. Creatinine is toxic to your kidneys. If for whatever reason creatinine makes it to your urine then you got a problem your kidneys are not doing what they are supposed to. Do you drink at least 1 gallon of water with your creatine? Do you boil the creatine to dissolve it before you mix it? You need to test your urine and take them along with your bloods to a pathologist. Drop all the supplements you are taking at least 1-2 weeks before your urine sample. That note on your blood results is a clear instruction that you need to test your urine for protein dont fuck about with your kidneys and dont expect to solve this over eroids either just go to the docs
Whatever you have with your kidneys must be related to the dbols it wont be from creatine or protein supplementation. Next time you run an oral or creatine up your water intake to 2 galls and keep a 8 week on 2-4 week off for both protein and creatine.
