What would you""" the eroids family recommend for crossfit and endurance training... Eq, sus, prop,training to get faster, stronger and to have more wind when I'm running , anybody hav any info on the subject would be much APPRECIATED

I have had some decent results with Prop, NPP, and Winny stacked together. The front of my calves did get a little bit of a pump, it was noticeable but nothing crazy. I have recently switched the Winny for Anavar to see how that goes. So far no issues with leg pumps, but it's only been 2 and a half days on the Var. I did hill sprints today though, the leg pumps I had on the Winny seemed to come from longer/slower trail runs.

Well something an Eroids member told me that works great is Beetroot juice, 500ml and gargle each mouthful then swallow, don't clean out your mouth or drink anything else for an hour after.
Effects last 24 hours, it drops your blood pressure and increases oxygen carrying capacity of blood.
Get pure juice not the stuff that they mix with apple juice etc.
Starts working after 3-4 hours, prepare to be amazed it's like EPO but legal.

I do Crossfit along with other crazy shit and does it for me

I know it's not in ur answers but Winnie is really good have a read up I think it's something to do with producing more red blood cells but then if ur like some people and get dried up joints it's no good for u

well from what ive read i would say prop since it has the least water retention which would basicaly be dead weight and anavar because it gets you very low body fat without the joint paint winnie gives you
and then armidex throughout and after the cycle to keep any extra water retention (even if there is only a small amount of it) out and also stop any gyno and then maybe add some hcg to make sure you keep all your gains

That would depend if he gets tested. Deca can be detected up untill 18 months. Eq wil be detectable up to 6 months I belive.

Athletes who get tested usually stick with test p since it's only detectable for a short time. I could be wrong but I Belive it's 48hrs.
