+ 23 Should Pandateston be Awarded a 'GURU' Tag?

ad

I do realise that we have many great and consistent contributors on this website, all of whom dedicate hours of their lives in helping others with cycle advice, ancillaries and life in general - but ever since he has joined there is one member who has consistently stood out in my mind as being Brilliantly Good at what he does.

When you get an answer from him its never just a basic 1 or 2 liner with no real explanation behind what he has just said, its always a well thought out and easy to understand professional level response. I don't think some of the newer guys signing up realise just how lucky they are when he spends time helping them on their forum posts. You are quite simply getting Expert level help that you would normally pay someone for as a Private coach.

He genuinely seems to enjoy giving advice and help to anyone here who needs it, I've messaged him multiple times asking for his advice on things that I am not too sure on and would rather get someone's personal experience on.

@BFG I Hope you will consider this Poll buddy as its been a long time since we have had one of these guys on here with this level of All round knowledge Smile

Coming from you that means a lot, brother. Appreciate the words greatly

You’ve been dropping knowledge and quality write-ups around these forums for a long time, so that kind of respect carries weight.

Man I been busy the last 2 months since the weather warmed up. Always tons of projects around the farm in the spring. I’ve been falling asleep at night way early during the time I’d usually be on here lol.

Milfpounder's picture

Oh shit I didn't know you had a farm. That's badass.

press1's picture

Hey - where ya been mate??

You seen I've gone and totally ruined my lifting career?!! LMAO

We got LOTS to talk about there bro Lol

irongame427's picture

It’s spring time on the farm so I’ve been real busy. Been sleeping at night during the time I used to spend on here lol. But things are starting to settle down.

Man i just read your initial post on what happened. That sucks so bad dude. Did you get the MRI done and figure out exactly what’s wrong? And what the treatment plan looks like? You gotta fill me in on these exercises I should be doing so I don’t end up with the same injury. My right is also my bad one.

press1's picture

I got the MRI first thing tomorrow morning mate - quite when I will get the lowdown from the Doc on all thats happened I am not too sure, but I can access the results myself on a portal so more than sure I can figure out what has happened to each tendon lol I am guessing large partial thickness tear to Infraspinatus and partial to supraspinatus given how it feels.

Mate I've had a bad partial to my hamstring doing deads and that was BAD but manageable, had a grade 1.5 tear to my left pec which I felt during the time but again it healed - This fucker though was pure shock and the stuff of Nightmares when it happened. All I know now is it was building and getting worse for a long time and if I intervened and did band work and light dumbells for RTC rehab I think I could of got it healthy and strong, and it wouldn't of happened.

Lots of 45 degree angle front raises with dumbell for supraspinatus and outward rotation band work, hornblowers etc for infraspinatus.

Milfpounder's picture

Fuck man that sucks so bad. What's the long term prognosis? Will you ever be able to lift heavy again?

press1's picture

Well I can still lift my Cock up to take a piss - So I guess thats a YES? Scratch one-s head

In theory mate if its anchored back on to the bone and I let it 'Heal' for long enough LMAO Many people have had the surgery done on the competition circuit and they all seem okay. If I have to 'Go Gay' and start doing Bodybuilding work on my chest like 8 reps then so be it - might have to become a bit fitter for that malarky though LMFAOOO!!!

Yes. Join us. You can join in on Sunday meal prep service and start watching John Meadows videos and running other gear than dbol and npp all the time.

Welcome to the bright side.

irongame427's picture

Damn dude. Hopefully it’s not as bad as it seems and recovery is quick. Have you ran GH before? If not, this is the time to start. Well after surgery, if that’s required. Plus BPC, TB and some nandrolone. You can seriously accelerate you can really accelerate your recovery with these drugs.

I assume you started your pressing days with some rotator cuff warm ups? I do a couple before chest and shoulder days. But my rotator cuffs probably need their own dedicated session.

press1's picture

No HGH, But I am using BPC and TB - 30 to 45 grams of Collagen peps per day MooooOOOOOO and Vit C tabs. Crazy thing is when I got my bands I did do external rotations before benching but of course that soon stopped because I began to wonder if they were even warming anything up! Having never had a tendon 'go' on me before I became ignorant to the fact it could one day happen - Its so weird mate because I wasn't even trying or grinding on a weight going back up, just bang out of the blue. At first I figured my pec had just gone but as it was still flexing and didn't hurt I realised that must be what happens when an RTC explodes. I was one minute riding a Real High and then the next second the Lowest low - was hoping it was all a bad dream that I was going to wake up from. 3 weeks yesterday it went mate and my chest and shoulders have gone back to looking like a 15 year old LMAO

irongame427's picture

Get yourself some GH as well bro. This is the time to pull the trigger, and good quality cheap GH is plentiful. You don’t need much for healing purposes. 1-2iu ed is plenty. Throw everything you got at it.

Thats so weird it happened when you really weren’t pushing it. It must have been hanging on by thread and even that moderate weight was enough for it to let loose.

I think we have similar ecto body types. After 3 weeks off, even mostly sticking to my diet id have lost 15lbs lol. It goes so much quicker than it comes. Especially my damn arms. So what can you still do? Definitely legs minus BB squads. And core and Bis? I feel my RC even with triceps and certain back exercises, particularly pull downs but even rows to an extent.

100% agreed, I have read many informative responses from panda. We need to acknowledge these people for sharing their knowledge, mostly when it is not bs.

I agree 110% on everything you stated. Panda is def. a " Guru " and an asset to this forum. I remember someone had mentioned the IQ on this forum just went down when he was banned for that short time. So true.
