+ 1 Reta & Stomach Issues
ad
I’ve been on Reta 3 going on 4 weeks. 1mg week 1 then 2mg all following weeks.
Only thing I did yesterday differently was pin, then eat. I didn’t eat that much, just enough to fulfill me. Noticed 20min after having some stomach pain. Almost like I’m about to have diarrhea but not actually shit, just the pain an uncomfort that comes with it.
Also feeling like I have to pass gas but nothing comes out. So this morning, still having worse Gi cramping an just uncomfort. Not wanting to move much or eat.
Anything I can do to prevent this?
Was it from pinning then eating?
I planned on seeing how this plays out, if I still have issues I’m gunna go to 1mg then stop.
Keep the other bottle for a rainy day. Anything helps
Much love yall

I really don't understand why you are in pain
Your cycle seems solid for someone who has Hep-C
Tren
D-Bol
Test
Reta
Maybe also add a short-term life insurance policy and your name on a liver transplant list
If it makes you feel any better, I’m not on anything cutting supps right now… no weight gain but stomach is stuck out like crazy. Next week is gonna be a chicken and rice cleanse.
Moral of this story… sometimes you just need a reset. If it’s like any other time, I’ll be back to normal in 3-4 days.
Well it slows down the digestion process, so it may have been too much of an increase in the time period for you. Maybe stick to 1.5mg before increase
I was going for 3 weeks at 2ng w no issues until this 4th week
I been facing diarrhea, constipation, fatigue and even low blood sugar while on reta
I started on 1mg and now I'm 6 weeks in, sitting at 2mg
For me the sides never go away, my appetite suppression fades away 6 days after pin but not the sides
I tried high fiber, low fiber, more water, less water, complex carbs, simple carbs, and even low fat. Nothing works for me, I took psyllium too and nothing, creatine makes it worse
An extra cup of coffee means diarrhea for 2 days
Try every variant and change your diet maybe it works for you
This makes me feel lucky, I just get some constipation, and a few times some sulphur burps.
Yep me and my gf are very unlucky she wasn't able to up the dose from 0,5mg and she is 6 weeks in too
This is our first experience with a glp-1
You need to be taking Psyllium Fiber and drink loots of water and if you eat fatty foods then it will cause diarrhea.
Do you think me taking more fish oil will create these issues? I’m not home an don’t remember the dose of the gels but I normally take 1 an I’ve been taking 3 the past 4 days before my Reta
Any correlation you think?
Fish oil can I know fats on Reta can cause stomach issues
Less fatty foods thank you brother
Every time I ran into issues with Reta I just stuck it out, and it would eventually pass within the week. I always pin in the morning right before breakfast as well.
I’ll do the same. Gunna stick q 2mg next week. Same thing happens I’ll lower it but I feel like I know why it was happening if the excess in fatty foods creates that issue. I started taking more fish oil for my elbow. Tweaked it now I got tennis elbow sorta
Took 2 extra gels in the morning
That’s the only thing
I think going back to running what gave you no sides is the ticket boss. Ive been running reta for 8 months and I've definitely noticed when I eat anything fried Im gonna pay for it. Keep going though its a badass peptide.
Yeah it was definitely the fish oil. And I also had a very small bowl of fruit loops. So I guess I’m punished when I enjoy anything bad. So I will hardcore stay away. Bc those feelings were so awful, cramping and gas.
Thanks for the comment
