Pros and saturated receptors?

ad

With all I have read about receptors becoming saturated and gains then becoming basically non existent, how are pros making gains while staying on year round? Wouldn't there receptors be so burned out and saturated after a couple months let alone years of continuous use?

receptors don't "downgrade" thats a bullshit myth.

people stop noticing gains 8 weeks into cycle because they dont eat enough

FST -7 training also addresses stretching of the muscle fascia.

magnesium is essential for loosening the muscle fascia up ... I m in the tub at least twice a week and for sure after deadlifting ...

goth and i used it last cycle.. you can only use it running a push pull routine with one muslce group per session or you will end up over training ... it works though my arms are approaching 17 inches... the stretching in between sets even on "normal" days seems to make a difference as well.. you know it though classy everything goes round and round...

look at it this way .. we call it a cycle for a reason... there are peaks and valleys.. but i gaurantee you the two cycle killers are lack of food ... and lack of change in training routines... the body is magnificient at adapting to what we throw at it ... so when you plateau you must change something .. since you aren't changing your gear you've got two options.. diet and training ...
