+ 4 PIP how to avoid it.
I know people have posted advice before to help with pip, but I have been seeing posts regarding pip from the new guys lately so here is my advice for them. First start with injecting in your glutes not any other muscle, a 1&1/2in. 23g needle is perfect. Second after you draw out the correct dosage leave a little air between the oil and the top by the syringe(this allows air bubbles to float to the top). After that stand the syringe needle up for 1 hours to let it settle. There are tiny air bubbles that you can't see and letting it settle along with a space between the oil and top of the syringe allows all the air bubbles to float to the top.Next AND THIS IMPORTANT, remove the oil needle and replace it with a new one (the old will be dulled from the rubber stopper.) After an hour push all excess air out of the syringe. Be mindful of were the tip of the needle is as the needle tip is cut at a 45 degree angle and should be held at a 45 degree angle with the point first. Wipe any excess run off from the oil dripping down the side of the needle with an alcohol swab. Inject slowly so your glutes can absorb the oil. After you pull the needle out, wipe the area clean with another alcohol swab. Then a hot shower for 20 minutes. I have had very little if not any pip from following this procedure maybe 1 shot out of 20 do I get pip but I think it is because of user error, just a bad hit.I have even followed this procedure with winstrol which is notorious for pip and it works. Try it and let me know how it works for you.

this is my first cycle and the first pin was terrible, the second not so bad...the third a little less and after that, absolutely no pip. ive been messing around with diff methods i've only pinned quads. the first i warmed up the oil just a little and it may have been because of my "virgin" muscles and i did it later in the day. the second i warmed the oil a little more and i had taken a hot shower before...the third i heated the oil much more and ran the syringe under hot water and worked out my quads that day, but still a little sore...after that ive changed up my split to fit my pinning schedule. now i do my full leg workout first thing in the morning so my quads are full of blood, give them an hour to cool down and then pin them and then take a shower, and the oil is nicely heated prior to pinning as well...haven't had even the slightest pip since i started this...then my second pin of the week i make on one of my cardio days so my blood is pumping nice before i pin as well....it works for me
So I take a really hot shower first then I get prepared run the barrel under hot water take my shot then take another hot shower! Works wonders no PIP at all and that's after having back to back PIP!!
Everyone has their methods, This one works for me especially winstrol that would cripple me for 3 days. Thanks for the advice. If we put all the advice together on here it should eliminate 90% of pip. +1 for good advice.
Ice it for 24 hours if it don't go down get to a doctor. Better safe then sorry.
Going to the doc today. I think I know what happened. I think when I first ran it Friday I hit some scar tissue and it didn't want to absorb it as well and probably most of it went sub q instead of I.M. causing it have a lot of soft tissue build up. Gonna see if I can get an anti-inflammatory and antibiotics just in case.

Happened to me twice in my first cycle. Either from hitting the same spot too often or not getting into the muscle and causing major irritation. The doctor may have been a bad idea, if you told him what happened it may go into your medical history as far as steroid use, possibly affecting future coverage. I understand being safe, but more research would have eased your mind into realizing it's not an infection.
Insurance companies can not revue your personal files it is against the law. All the doctor can say is you were treated for an infection. Anything more and your doctor can loose his license and you would have a nice law suite on your hands. Doctor Patient Privilege.

But I've never ever had this much swelling. I'm almost thinking its infected. The area is also a little red.
Alright. I'm not a newbie to running cycles. Been off and on for about 7 years but lately I've been having massive pip. Friday I ran only 1 cc in my quad because I'm easing into my 700mg a week. In two days I've gotten massive pip and swelling. What the almighty hell is going on?
Could be the gear. Some suppliers gear are infamous for pip.
You dont have to wait an hour to inject, and instead of a 20 minute shower....just heat the oil. Makes injecting much smoother as well.
I LEFT OUT A HUGE PIECE OF INFORMATION GUYS, AFTER DRAWING THE OIL OUT CHANGE THE NEEDLE TO A BRAND NEW ONE. MY APOLOGIZE, I SCREWED UP ON THIS ONE.
It's all good bro. I'm sure you are sanitary and all that, but I just wanted to give my perspective.
AN hour???? WTF I inject like 30 seconds after I draw it.
How can a needle stay sanitary if you are holding it for an hour?? The germs from your breath will linger onto the needle and it is no longer sanitary.
NEVER SET A SYRINGE DOWN. This is a mistake I see often even medical professionals do this from time to time. Setting a syringe down increases exposure to germs which can lead to an infection.
It scares me how careless people are about INJECTING and STERILITY.
another thing, those tiny bubbles are HARMLESS...
I screwed up I left out a HUGE piece of information. Change the needle to a brand new one after drawing out the oils. I gotta get this post modified by a mod or yanked. Always change the needle. Thanks for catching that +1.SHIT!

This is an injection procedure not an anti-pip lesson.
Wintrol use to cripple me but following this procedure it cut pip down by 95%.
