Pinning schedule

ad

Just wondering what others opinions are on this!

So I believe it's better, keeps blood levels more stable if you pin ed, eod, or e3d.

As apposed to Monday and Thursday pinning, of course longer esters are more forgiving in blood levels.

And of course short esters must be pinned this way.

I just figure your body doesn't count weeks, it counts days by the day and night cycle.

Just my two cents.

I think Gym Supps on point, with one caveat, everyone's body metabolizes differently so two ways to go is.... apply the half life data you have and pin accordingly but.... also log the time of your pin and how you feel as you reach that supposed EOL for that half life and see if maybe pinning an few hours sooner or later is better for you. Its tedious but can help, but also remember the quality and grade of the gear you get can change all this easily so consistency on that side also helps.

Check the comments by Viking. I use test e and pinned every 84hrs as he suggested and this worked very well for me.

And you'd be correct.

Hello Sir,

Keeping hormone level stable in the blood is a good idea. After calculating the half life of each substance and desired dosage you should be able to calculate the frequency of injections.

Hi.

I personally use mostly long esters. I pin long esters every 3 days. For short esters I pin every other day.
