One does it oneself if they actually can
I can do it. ive done it before in the military, I just need my one kit. where could i find one?

If your iron is over 19 they woulnt let you donate.
You can get a Dr to refer you to blood letting.

That’s usually caused from staying on cycle to long.
Eating a lot of red meat and dehydration can also be a culprit.
I had to do monthly blood letting for six months on Dr's orders from staying on too long as well. Not a mistake you make twice!
everytime i go they say my iron is too high. shame. I guess ill talk to my doctor and see if he can refer me. or just order some phlebotomy kit and do it myself ha.
Get a blood test from your doctor and if your rbc is high the doctor will write you a note to donate and they will just trash your blood thats what i had to do

What’s keeping you from donating? Maybe lie when they ask if you take steroids and cover your new tattoo. Also lie When asked if you slept with a hooker. lol. - that’s how I get my blood donated.

lol yeah i have lied before. but now its always my Iron is too high and they wont let me. even if i fast before going it still seems to be high.
You have to submit to hellstar. Bend over and arch your back and submit to hellstar!!
