Ostarene advice ?

ad

I am in my 50's and considering trying sarms. I am a retired pro combat athlete and have been lifting and using gear for over 25 years. I have been dealing with swollen glutes after injections. Dr. said it is to be expected with the number of deep muscle injection trauma I have put them through. Anyway, I have heared mixed reviews about sarms. I started to consider them when I heard they are orals. If I have read that they are no where as strong as testosterone (I normally run 450 -600 mg weekly). I am trying to figure out the cost benefit analysis of using them stacked with the test or by themselves. Obviously the stack won't help my swollen glute situation.

I like to stay around 205-210 lb at or below 10% bf. If anyone with experience could give me their perspective. anyone have experience with these below.??

  1. Just the ostarene without the T
  2. Both together

The side effects from sarms listed (liver, heart risk, BP, etc) seem to be the same as just running enanthate. Is this accurate? My kidney gfr numbers are on the low side so I can not use anavar.

thanks in advance

I would avoid SARMs only!!

Start doing daily pins, SubQ (5/16) or shallow IM (1/2).

that seems to be the common consensus. I have never tried sub Q. I looked up a video and it seems like it would take forever for me to get 1.5 ml of oil into that tiny syringe, and then twice as long to get it out. How shallow do you go for IM? 1 inch or smaller?

Shallow IM is 1/2 inch needle, usually 28g or 29g

Do you want to deal with painful scar tissue build up or a slow draw up and pain free shot? I’ll take the no scar tissue, almost pain free, slow draw every day. In fact, I do, lol.

It’s up to you, but it sounds like it’ll resolve your issue.

Switch to daily smaller volume injections with 1/2 inch 27g. I shoot quads, hips, delts. Sometimes it goes sub q, sometimes it goes shallow IM, seems to be just fine if youre sticking to 1ml or less.

I was told that oil in delts is a no no. I am afraid to hit my quads because they are like rocks.

Whoever told you oil in delts is bad was probably the same guy that suggested sarms to you.

I love pinning delts. Literally the least pip I get is in the delts. Never tried sarms. I thought that fad was long gone.

Honestly man, some many better compounds out there to run instead of Sarms, including oral AAS. Also if you worried about more injections, maybe switch up the pinning locations.
